As the main directions of its further improvement the author indicates effective systematization of speech material, adjustment of the linguistic component of training courses and coordination of educational resources, as well as enrichment of the content of the training base. Speech skills are an important component of the content of teaching Russian as a foreign language. In the process of mastering Russian, it is difficult for foreigners to differentiate speech patterns in accordance with different communication situations. Therefore, a condition of effective learning is the systematization of functionally authentic speech material, in other words the creation of a communicative fund. The author offers an effective method of speech means systematization which fully corresponds to the objectives of language teaching practice and is based on the consecutive description of communicative-pragmatic complexes. Communicative-pragmatic complex is understood as a block, combining speech acts similar in function with the corresponding intentions, communicative situations and speech models. When describing consistently systematically, the complex covers all basic stereotypical situations, in which a typical intention in speech practice is realized. As a rule, the communicative-pragmatic complex combines three or four typical communicative situations, reflecting the real communication in Russian. The article also emphasizes the need for a stricter alignment of lexical minimums with the norms of the corresponding levels of Russian language proficiency, the need to include more interesting texts about modern Russia, to show the attractive features of modern Russians - interest in education, sports, travel, healthy lifestyles, outdoor recreation, festivals of student songs, bard songs, etc.","PeriodicalId":428498,"journal":{"name":"Studies in Educational Management","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131695648","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, the objective is to analyze the scientific production of telework or work of postgraduate professors. A systematic review of articles in the SCOPUS, Web of Science, and Scielo databases and of theses and dissertations in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations was carried out. We sought to classify the research found by themes and identify the content of the results that researchers found. There was a significant amount of work on the evaluation of postgraduate studies or professors, in search of improvements. Problems were noted in the professor's work in relation to the lack of training for teaching, university environment with few resources, complex activities and in a quantity that extrapolates the time of service, evaluation by results that causes negative consequences in the performance of activities as in the personal life of the professor. Telework was found in different contexts, such as ubiquitous work and the digital age, distance education, pleasure and suffering at work, and as a dimension that addresses teaching work. Since professors have already experimented with teleworking and compulsory remote work, they are subject to the positivities and negativities that it can cause, which may or may not facilitate the improvement of the problems pointed out. The research contributes to the human resources management area, by seeking to understand how professors-researchers have used this modality outside universities and potential research gaps, such as identification of control of professors’ telework since it is subjective and complex; more precise identification of the profile of professors who telework and what type; how teleworking affects the issues raised by research on professors' work; and, how was the experience of compulsory remote work during the pandemic.","PeriodicalId":428498,"journal":{"name":"Studies in Educational Management","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123338901","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article aims to explicate learning engagement of students in higher education during online learning and to verify the impact of collaborative learning and personal perseverance on learning engagement statistically. Which of both two factors is more influential? Is collaborative learning more influential than personal perseverance or vice versa? A survey with causal analysis was applied for supporting arguments of this article. Data collection was conducted by distributing Google Form based questionnaires. It has involved about 642 students from a prominent private higher education institution in Indonesia as the respondents. For testing the twelve hypotheses, this article utilizes SmartPLS version 3.3 as statistical analysis tool. The result reveals that learning engagement that is reflected into cognitive, emotional, and behavioral engagement is more influenced by collaborative learning rather than personal perseverance. Collaborative learning which is reflected into cognitive skill and collaborative skill is essential factor in online learning. Emotional engagement is critical aspect of online learning which is not influence either by collaborative learning or personal perseverance. For engaging the student during online learning, higher educational institution should develop collaborative learning as a choice for pedagogical strategy in maintaining learning effectiveness during online learning.","PeriodicalId":428498,"journal":{"name":"Studies in Educational Management","volume":"38 4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129990593","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Moreover, it is one of the most emphasized areas of adult learning. In recent decades, we have also witnessed the fact that school‐based education and training lose their importance while individual learning becomes the dominant knowledge acquisition process and activity in adulthood. Our qualitative research is based on interviews with 23 IT companies operating in Hungary. This sector was chosen because the IT field belongs to the knowledge‐intensive sector, so workplace learning processes can be well studied. The focus of the research is on the learning processes generated by the knowledge gaps in organizations. How does the need for arise? From what sources and in what ways do those working in the organization obtain the necessary information and knowledge? How will the acquired knowledge affect life in the organization? The results of the research enrich the fields of both lifelong learning and adult learning research, and they also contribute to some extent to knowledge management approach.","PeriodicalId":428498,"journal":{"name":"Studies in Educational Management","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130209922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims at exploring e-learning readiness and its acceptance as a tool for teaching entrepreneurship in two higher institutes of technological studies in Tunisia, and it has become imminent to resort to e-learning. The desired results are more far-sighted in these new special circumstances, which have made this mode of learning the gateway to the entire educational system be called into question. The question is: How did students perceive this new mode of distance education? An online questionnaire was distributed to extrapolate a descriptive analysis. We have explored certain facets in both institutes that highlight many disadvantages between both students and areas: mastery of technology, poor internet connectivity, technological accessibility, and unkind study environments. Besides this, research highlights the role of new approaches to distance learning in entrepreneurship. It will end with the proposal of recommendations that are relevant for different stakeholders in the phenomenon of distance education in general and the entrepreneurial discipline in particular.","PeriodicalId":428498,"journal":{"name":"Studies in Educational Management","volume":"301 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121350650","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several demographic studies have proved the correlation between disadvantaged social situation, unfavorable socio-economic status and health status. Deprivation and disadvantaged situation have become important, which should be treated as the root of difficulties on several fields since they have great impact on health behavior and -culture. Families living in lagging areas require special attention because of their social and economic backwardness and mental disadvantages. Childhood is an especially important period since skills learned before the age of 14 have a determining role in future life chances and adult health status: satisfactory psychosomatic development, loading capacity and the developing unfavorable habits influence adult health. As the part of the Creative Region program, our goal is to explore the mental health status of people living in the Hungarian Abaúj region by monitored data. 516 persons from 25 settlements and 7 primary schools of the region were included. We used the Beck Depression Inventory (filled under the age of 12) and the Spielberg State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (filled by all participants) by the help of measuring commissioners. Among children, a significant difference could be detected between genders (p=0.007). Body image seems to be a really important factor in youngsters’ life. Body weight (p=0.022) and physical exercises (p=0.02) significantly occur in the manifestation of depression symptoms in young people. The level of adult’s depression is influenced by the education level (p=0.00012), labour market status (p=0.003), alcohol consumption (p=0.007), subjective bad financial situation (p=0.022), sedentary lifestyle (p=0.001) and obesity (p=0.002). 5.5% of youngsters and 1.3% of adults are victims of domestic violence. It is important to highlight that negative future vision, unemployment and hopelessness cause anxiety and depression increasing by age, and it will manifest in endangering health behavior (inappropriate eating, sedimentary lifestyle, addictive disorders).","PeriodicalId":428498,"journal":{"name":"Studies in Educational Management","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125199484","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the last decade the Hungarian government has created opportunities for internationals to fit into the internationalization trend in education. Following these initiatives through the lens of the students is a convenient form to understand the impact of its application. The university where the study is conducted has a good reputation and of preference for international prospect students, becoming the ideal spot to research about the process of integration of international students in two aspects, academic and social. The understanding of this thematic required information collected through qualitative interviews which were conducted with students from different faculties, countries, majors, and levels of study. The findings revealed that students are satisfied in terms of social integration and gaps are found to fulfill their academic integration. The information is a relevant and important source of input for educational organizations in Hungary which are working continuously to increase the enrollment of international students, especially in the pandemic situation.","PeriodicalId":428498,"journal":{"name":"Studies in Educational Management","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132249305","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
