The symmetry of the instantaneous output voltages on the clock cycle is provided by the simple control for the performing of the preset five-segment switching sequence. The method is based on the results of measurement of line's mode parameters. A mathematical model is proposed considering the influence of the voltage of the line two wires - rail mode operation-line power automation. Capacitances are placed between each phase line and the ground to increase the accuracy of the method. It is determined that nonlinear processes in a hydraulic network, caused by cavitation self-oscillations, result in periodical stationary oscillations of power, are accompanied by increase of its variable component. In order to mitigate power flow fluctuations due to the stochastic generation of SPP, the local active power controller (LAPC) is proposed. LAPC generates a control signal to the units of the regulating power plant. The structure diagram of such controller is presented and simulation results of LAPC operation considering SPP generation are shown.
