LAPC generates a control signal to the units of the regulating power plant. The structure diagram of such controller is presented and simulation results of LAPC operation considering SPP generation are shown. 摘要

在乌克兰南部,太阳能发电厂(SPP)装机容量的增加对乌克兰互联电力系统(IPS)的负荷频率控制产生了影响。为了缓解SPP随机产生引起的潮流波动,提出了局部有功功率控制器(LAPC)。LAPC产生一个控制信号给调节电厂的机组。给出了该控制器的结构框图,并给出了考虑SPP产生的LAPC运行仿真结果。利用所建立的模型研究了SPP对电力系统负荷-频率控制的影响。
