The consequences of such failures depend on the composition of the failed objects, their position in the structure. A method for searching for “dangerous” objects based on the frequency analysis of cross sections with maximum synergistic effects is proposed.","PeriodicalId":428017,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Conference Management of large-scale system development (MLSD)","volume":"129 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115047187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the principal indicators affected by the pandemic is considered – the change in the company's revenue. The formulation and method of determining the permissible change in revenue at which the enterprise will maintain normal functioning are proposed. As a condition for normal functioning, the non-negativity of the company's cash balance projected for the next year is assumed. From this condition, the permissible change in revenue is determined based on the obtained analytical expression and data from open sources, making it possible to reduce the complexity of determining the boundary values of the indicator. We analyzed the actual data for 2020 and compared it with the calculated results. We propose to use the concept of stress testing to select government-supported enterprises in a pandemic.","PeriodicalId":428017,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Conference Management of large-scale system development (MLSD)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117101503","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article considers some aspects of a vast enough hydrogen transportation system. The classical conditions for the existence of minima in such problems contain explicitly or implicitly the assumption that the domain is compact in a certain topology. The corresponding proofs are based on the Weierstrass theorem. In this paper, we consider an approach based on a Carisiti-like condition and not containing the assumption that the domain of the functional is compact in any natural topologies. In terms of the first derivative of the functional, sufficient conditions for the existence of minima are obtained, and estimates of the distance from a given point to a certain minimum point are obtained. For locally Lipschitz functionals defined on finite-dimensional spaces, sufficient conditions for the existence of a minimum are obtained in terms of the Clarke's generalized derivative. An estimate for the distance from a given point to a minimum point is derived. Applications of the results obtained to abstract equations are discussed. As a corollary of sufficient minimum conditions, conditions for the solvability of abstract nonlinear equations and solutions estimates are obtained. In the final section, we obtain conditions for the existence of solutions to a system of inequalities defined by smooth functions.","PeriodicalId":428017,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Conference Management of large-scale system development (MLSD)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125194824","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
