Organizations consist of groups of people who share a common purpose and work together to realise it. If a business wants to succeed in its mission, it requires the full cooperation and coordination of all its personnel. The efficiency and success of a company hinge on the efforts and outlook of its employees. Changes in behaviour have effects on the group. Psychologist Fredrick Irving Herzberg, or \"Fred,\" of the United States, developed the Motivation Hygiene Theory of Job Satisfaction. His idea is an attempt to explain what motivates people to work together toward a common objective in an organisation. The goal is to ensure the organization's success. The mood at work can be affected in both positive and negative ways by employees' levels of satisfaction with their jobs. This article demonstrates how workplace cleanliness concerns including company regulations, oversight, position, and job security can contribute to employee motivation and satisfaction. This form of infection varies and is localized, resulting in sepsis and death during the puerperium. One of the risk factors for perineal infection is prolonged perineal wound healing. Channa Striata is one of the fish that contains more nutrients and protein than other types of fish, so consumption of Channa Striata can be used as a type of nutrition to accelerate wound healing. Then in Ananas comosus, you can find a phytochemical content in the form of bromelain, which functions as an anti-inflammatory so that it can prevent wound infection. To determine the effectiveness of Channa Striata and Ananas Comosus shredded on perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers. This research is included in quasi-experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The population is postpartum mothers who experience perineal rupture from either natural injuries or episiotomy wounds at Aji Batara Agung Dewa Sakti Hospital Samboja. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling of as many as 17 people. As a result of the study, this influence exists between Channa Striata and Ananas Comosus Floss in healing perineal wounds (p value = 0.025) with value α = 0.05.Research results show that Channa Striata and Ananas Comosus Floss can help speed up the healing process of perineal wounds. Cheng-ho Mosque, is a mosque that is quite often located in Indonesia. This mosque attracts attention because of its unique combination of architecture and cultural diversity. The focus of this research is to understand the motivation behind Abdurrahman Wahid's support for this mosque, and how this is reflected in his multicultural da'wah approach. The research method used is qualitative with a literature analysis and literature study approach. Primary data is collected through books, articles, newspapers, historical records, journals, encyclopedias and digital archives to collect data directly related to the figure. Secondary data is obtained from reviewing existing literature by examining previous research on the same subject or figure. Carrying out this literature review can help avoid repeating research that has been done previously and help have in-depth knowledge of Abdurrahman Wahid's thoughts and views on the Cheng-ho mosque. The research results show that Abdurrahman Wahid's motives for the Cheng-ho Mosque are rooted in his beliefs and multicultural approach in spreading Islamic teachings. He views this mosque as a symbol of cultural diversity that can become a bridge to strengthen relations between Muslims and non-Muslim communities in Indonesia. Abdurrahman Wahid sees the potential of the Cheng-ho mosque as a place for interfaith dialogue, spreading the values of tolerance, and developing social harmony. From a multicultural da'wah perspective, Abdurrahman Wahid's approach to the Cheng-ho mosque emphasizes the importance of inclusion and mutual understanding between religious communities. He promotes Islamic teachings that are able to respect cultural diversity and emphasize the values of brotherhood between religious communities. In vitro method validation used human plasma from the Indonesian Red Cross that used citrate as an anticoagulant. In the implementation of in vivo study, usually using human plasma used EDTA or heparin as an anticoagulant. This study aims to evaluate the effect of using anticoagulant types that may affect the analysis of esomeprazole in human plasma. Optimum chromatographic conditions used column C18 SunfireTM (5 μm, 250 mm x 4.6 mm); column temperature 40°C; mobile phase acetonitrile - phosphate buffer (40:60% v/v) pH 7.6; 1.0 mL/min flow rate with lansoprazole as an internal standard and wavelength 300 nm (PDA). The extraction was carried out by liquid-liquid extraction method using 500 μl plasma and 5 ml dichloromethane as extraction solvent. The result showed that the concentration range of calibration curve linearity in 5 – 1500 ng/mL. Recovery and broad peak response data of esomeprazole in plasma have significant differences between heparin-EDTA and citrate-EDTA anticoagulants (p<0.05), but there is no significant difference for the stability test. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a medical procedure that involves inhaling pure oxygen (100%) within a chamber or room under pressure higher than normal atmospheric pressure, specifically over 1 absolute atmosphere (ATA), to accelerate and enhance the body's healing and recovery abilities. Under elevated atmospheric pressure, gaseous oxygen can dissolve more readily into the blood plasma. Research results suggest that HBOT holds potential in improving fertility due to endometrial receptivity issues and may also boost male fertility. For this research, literature was sourced from databases such as Ebsco host, Web of Science, and JSTOR using the search terms \"Macroeconomic determinants\" and \"Stock market\". The data obtained was then analyzed using the PRISMA statement and presented in the report accordingly.The study revealed that economic growth has a positive effect on the growth of the stock market, while an increase in the inflation rate has a negative impact. The impact of trade openness, foreign investment, exchange rate, interest rate, and banking sector development was found to be mixed. The correlation between these macroeconomic determinants and stock market development was established by utilizing econometric techniques, including GARCH and ARCH models. This research aims to provide an understanding of the relationship between macroeconomic factors and the development of the stock market, as well as the impact of these factors. However, more in-depth exploration of this topic is needed, including the examination of additional databases and analysis on a country and sectoral level. This research will assist scholars and educators within the fields of economics and finance to gain insight into the macroeconomic factors that influence the growth of the stock market. Further research was conducted to analyze the effects of digital transformation on communication in communities and identify effective strategies to overcome communication breakdowns arising from technological change. This research discusses the important role of communication technology in a community, namely the IbuSibuk community. The method used is a case study, with the data collection technique being structured interviews. The results showed that the use of communication technology has a significant role in facilitating social interaction, information exchange, and the self-development of members in the IbuSibuk Community. Platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram allow members to share information, ideas, and support, while identity as a member of IbuSibuk provides additional benefits, such as the opportunity to collaborate with brands or companies. There are some technical barriers and a lack of digital literacy that affect the use of technology in the community. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve digital literacy so that all members can utilize technology effectively and participate actively in the community. Improving digital literacy includes aspects of digital ethics, digital culture, and digital safety. The method used is a type of qualitative research. Data obtained from observations, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out in the stages of presenting data, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the quality of population administration services can be assessed from five dimensions, namely: Tangible aspect, service support facilities are adequate and satisfy the community. Aspects of Reliability, the service has been carried out properly. This is marked by the fast time for processing/making service products according to the time in the SOP, and there are no fees charged by the public or free of charge. In the responsiveness aspect, employees serve the community well by responding to questions asked by the community and providing direction and serving in a friendly and courteous manner. Assurance aspect, the Jayapura City Population and Civil Registry Service has provided guarantees for ease of service and security guarantees for people who apply for services. In the aspect of empathy, the Jayapura City Population and Civil Registry Office has provided good and satisfying service. This is achieved because the serving staff have a friendly attitude in dealing with requests, criticisms, and suggestions given by the public. As a recommendation, the Jayapura City Population and Civil Registry Service should add service support facilities or service infrastructure facilities such as the provision of generator engines to anticipate when there is a blackout. Meanwhile, to overcome the problem of frequent offline network interruptions, it is best to try by sending a letter to the head office. Religious diversity among the Tengger people provides challenges and opportunities for solving complex social problems. Using symbolic interaction theory and descriptive-qualitative research methods, this study reveals several social problems, including interfaith marriages, lack of access to education, challenges in maintaining identity and tradition, and population administration issues. Interfaith marriage is considered normal in Tengger society, which is not in line with Islamic teachings. Lack of access to education after junior high school is a barrier for the community. Population administration issues, such as birth registration and identity documents, also affect the Tengger community. This research found that there is strong cooperation between the Muslim and Hindu communities in addressing social problems. The contribution of this research is to provide an understanding of the importance of religion, culture, tolerance, and interfaith harmony in strengthening cooperation in solving social problems.
