So that the heat generated can be disposed of as much as possible, then the computer room or data center requires an air conditioner. However, data center air conditioners work with constant cooling capacity, consequently there is energy waste in the data center air conditioning system. The heat generated by each point of the data center room can vary according to its workload, so it requires different cooling capacity of CRAC (computer room air conditioning). If the CRAC works at high cooling capacity, electrical energy inefficiency will occur, while if CRAC works at low cooling capacity, the computer device will overheat by lack of cooling system. Therefore, study about the temperature in the area around a computer device is needed so that the cooling capacity of the air conditioner can be adjusted according to its needs. The purpose of this study is to simulate the distribution of temperature in various cases by heat loads layout in the data center without disturbing the performance of various computer devices. Some schemes of cases of heat loading are made based on the position of the heat load, then the cases are simulated using the CFD software. Such a control system that is without grid-voltage sensing becomes the sixth-order one. Thus there is inconvenience against tuning the controller gains and it is also rather impractical to tune them by trial-and-error. When the PR gains are two unknowns, partial pole assignment and consideration over the closed-loop characteristic equation dispense the design equation which provides more effectiveness of tuning them. The design concept is based on AND logic circuit. Originally, the window comparator comprised two methods including 1) analogue circuit dependent on the transistor oscillation, which is determined by the values of resistance and each input voltage, and 2) window comparator with op-amp or module ICs comprised of two separate comparators and an AND gate. This paper proposed a window comparator with digital logic IC based on the features of digital switching levels with MOSFET-resistor voltage references. The circuit uses a potential voltage divider circuit utilising resistor and N-channel MOSFET, as well as the threshold voltage of CMOS logic IC to build window boundaries. It does not require any additional components since it is a very simple circuit. The circuit can be used in low voltage and fast varying input. To meet these requirements, this paper propose the combination of direct torque control – space vector modulation (DTC-SVM) and speed adaptive flux observer to be implemented on SIDM control. DTC-SVM has high transient performance and low steady-state ripple, while speed adaptive flux observer has proven estimation performance. The proposed control algorithm is developed with both existing parallel control methods, i.e. master-slave scheme and mean scheme. The operation of municipal treatment should be gone for the larger scales for operation and disposal. The operation, the pre-treatment plant, post treatment plant until the suspended solid can be disposed to landfill or do some burning process to gain the methane gas towards to renewable energy. It has to meet the requirement by Department of Environment (DOE), which is by removing at least 90% of water from the suspended solid, focusing on the municipal sewage treatment. The wastewater industries need to have another alternative solution to for the time reduction of the drying process from the existing dewatering instruments or may have the new concept of the devices, which can easily help to remove the water from the suspended solid. Based on the pilot study from the industry, the dewatering bag as their chosen for the dewatering instrument. It is because of its huge of benefit such as cost. By designing a new portable dewatering device that will supply hot air to support the dewatering bag, so it will not only depends on natural heating element (sun), as a vital problem that have to be settled. So this paper presents the pilot data finding by comparing two dewatering bag, one by using the propose Universal Compress Air Fit (UCAF) and another one without it in real application. Recent advance focuses on the accurate L-index derived from the coupled single-port model for the voltage stability assessment. However, the conventional coupled single-port model cannot be compatible in a hybrid power grid containing wind power generators and reactive power compensators such that the associate L-index becomes inappropriate. In this paper, the augmented coupled single-port model is proposed to perform the accurate voltage stability assessment under the hybrid power grid. In the paper, on the basis of the quantitative analysis of the regulation characteristics of \"source-grid-load\", a \"source-grid-load\" coordinated operation strategy that takes into account environmental costs is proposed. It can improve the system’s absorptive capacity and at the same time, it can cut the total operating cost of the system and improve the utilization of offshore wind power. In this way, the use of traditional fossil energy and its impact on the environment can be reduced. Taking the grid, as is scheduled in 2030, of a regional power grid as an example, the production and operation simulation and comparative analysis were carried out on the statistics before and after the coordinated operation of \"source-grid-load\". In other words, financial cost that consumers should have to invest to manage the effect of an electricity interruption is defined as the consumer interruption cost or Cost of Unserved Energy. Out of several methods available, consumer survey has become the outstanding and preferred method for estimating this cost; Electricity consumers were grouped into two categories as Industrial and Commercial for conduct of the survey. The values obtained for Cost of Unserved Energy are further analyzed to establish the variation patterns of Cost of Unserved Energy versus the interruption duration. The analysis shows a similar variation pattern for of Cost of Unserved Energy depending on interruption duration for each sub category in the Industrial and Commercial categories both. The values of these variation contain the summation of shutdown, loss of production and startup cost of each individual customer.
