Agriculture contributes major part towards India’s GDP. There is a need to increase crop productivity. The production of a particular farm depends upon soil characteristics, environmental characteristics, but major part goes to crop selection to get a better yield. Farmers sometimes lack the knowledge to choose the best crop for their land using conventional and non-scientific methods. Incorrect crop selection can lead to loss. This work focuses on figuring out the best crop to cultivate in order to get optimum yield based on the site-specific parameters. Our proposed model takes the data of soil characteristics, environmental characteristics of a farm and the appropriate crop recommendations are given to the farmer based on the parameter values. Crop Recommendation is done through an Ensemble model using KNN, Random Forest, Gaussian Naïve Bayes, Logistic regression, SVM as base learners. To increase overall performance, the ensemble model employed in this work includes decisions from various base learners. The Majority Voting mechanism is used for combining these base learners. When compared to other methods, the results achieved with this method are more accurate. Cryptocurrency trading is a type of DeFi that has gained a lot of attention in the global market. The value of such currencies is increasing on a daily basis and peaked during the pandemic. One of these significant cryptocurrencies is the ether cryptocurrency, which ranks second only to the bitcoin cryptocurrency in terms of the value of a single coin. The ARIMA model will be used to forecast the price of ether. In this paper, an hourly forecast and a short term period forecast are performed. The forecast clearly shows that the ARIMA model performed better on log transformed data than on the original data. Today, as online interviews and classes become more common, it is critical that any channels of communication do not become obstructive. Body language and nonverbal communication play a big role in determining how to interpret a situation and, hence, how to behave. We’ve developed over time, relying significantly on these nonverbal pieces of data to socialize.Real-time emotion classification using a deep neural network is proposed in this research. The framework for developing Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) is employed. To reduce processing costs, the collected dataset is translated to a suitable format and pixel values are normalized. The success of emotion detection is determined by a high-quality dataset, pre-processing processes, and contemporary CNN architectures that close the gaps between desired and tested accuracies.The proposed model is proven by constructing a video conferencing system that uses CNN architecture to fulfil the tasks of face identification and emotion categorization in tandem. The possibility of monitoring them from space has significantly increased their utility. However, these transmissions are not encrypted and follow well-established protocols. These features make the transmissions vulnerable to various attacks, spoofing attack being the most complex and dangerous. The present paper proposes a methodology for authenticating the ADS-B transmission based on the transmitted signal's RF domain spatial characteristics, i.e., by the measurement of the elevation of the signal. A 3-antennaPhase Interferometer in z-direction is used for accurate elevation measurement of the genuine ADS-B signal and the spoofing signal on a pulse-by-pulse basis. The proposed DRA possesses two resonances at 2.65GHz with a bandwidth of 900 MHz and 3.47 GHz with a bandwidth of 800 MHz. The Axial ratio is observed as 2.5dB at the bandwidth of 200MHz. The maximum gain obtained is 4.99 dBi. The inverter’s effectiveness generates input voltage by generating five production voltages (Vdc/2, Vdc, 0, -Vdc/2, -Vdc). Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) was accomplished in SPV through a Fuzzy controller. WHO (World Health Organization) 2021 analysis states that around 430 lakh people that is more than five percent of world’s population require rehabilitation to their hearing loss disability. Without proper hearing one cannot have a good communication with the society that may have impact on his career and life. Therefore, a need for good hearing aid to solve the problem of hearing impairment is very much required. In this paper we have designed a hearing aid filterbank with eight different subbands whose bandwidths can be varied according to hearing impaired person audiogram. By varying the central frequency and bandwidth of each subband we can vary their bandwidth. This variable bandwidth implementation has the advantage of obtaining more precise matching with the hearing-impaired person audiogram and hence least matching error is obtained. Lower voltage-power operation and higher performance are the goals of AIOT hardware design. As a result, future AIOT hardware devices will focus on the fabrication of rad-hard and steeper slope transistors, as well as high drive on-state and low ambipolar currents. These design features will help AIOT apps become more sophisticated. Tunnel FETs are the most effective at reducing leakage current, but the equivalent current must be increased. To ensure high drive and low leakage currents, this work incorporates both negative capacitance and charged plasma principles into the Tunnel FET design. The goal of this research is to construct a Negative Capacitance Charge Plasma Fin Gate TFET, and Centaurs TCAD simulations are used to examine the properties. As a result, the perspective model potentially achieve a subthreshold swing of less than 20 mV/decade and a switching voltage of less than 0.2 V, as well as the highest on current and lowest ambipolar leakage current.
