The weak disorderedness consists in the fact that one of the inner 2DES was shifted from the position of periodicity on some distance /spl Delta/. It is shown, that under the integer quantum Hall effect (IQHE) conditions all characteristics of SP are represented by the quantized values. The conditions under which the SP phase and group velocities in the finite WDSL can be considerably less than that in the isolated 2DES are defined.","PeriodicalId":426777,"journal":{"name":"DIPED - 99. The algorithm is based on fuzzy control theory with a fuzzy average. An example to control the temperature profile of a bar is presented. Approximate solutions by the algorithm always have smooth properties, even if the desirable profile is not smooth.","PeriodicalId":426777,"journal":{"name":"DIPED - 99. The problem of searching of a pseudo-solution of the equations with a free phase is reduced to this equation. The operator of the equation is a superposition of the linear limited operator and nonlinear operator (modulus of a complex function). In this case the linear operator of the problem is completely continuous.","PeriodicalId":426777,"journal":{"name":"DIPED - 99.
