The weak disorderedness consists in the fact that one of the inner 2DES was shifted from the position of periodicity on some distance /spl Delta/. It is shown, that under the integer quantum Hall effect (IQHE) conditions all characteristics of SP are represented by the quantized values. Propagation of surface polaritons in finite superlattice with one shifted layer placed into the quantizing magnetic field
