However, often the improvement efforts made are ineffective because they do not address the root cause of the problem. The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concept with its components can clearly identify the root cause of the problem and its contributing factors, allowing improvements to be focused on the appropriate aspects. One method of measuring machine performance used is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which calculates factors such as availability, performance efficiency, and quality level. In a case study at PT.XYZ, OEE was used to analyze the performance of distribution pump machines. During the period of August 2022, the OEE value for each pump machine reached 99%, which exceeded the world-class OEE of 85%. The method involved welding with shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) type. The pre-heat variations used several temperatures, such as 50⁰C, 120⁰C, 220⁰C, and without heat treatment. The tensile strength obtained specimen without pre-heating had the lowest tensile strength of 442.64 MPa, and the specimen with pre-heating to 220⁰C had the highest average tensile strength of 450.11 MPa. The result showed that tensile strength was proportional to the pre-heating temperatures given. The hardness observation found that the hotter the pre-heating temperature obtained, the higher the hardness value of the base metal and HAZ would obtain. It was different with weld metal which would decrease. LoS is used as a measure of hospital performance so they can improve the quality of service to patients better. However, making an accurate estimate of LoS can be difficult due to the many factors that influence it. The research conducted aims to predict LoS for treated patients (ICU and non-ICU) with cases of brain vessel injuries by using the ensemble learning method. The Random Forest algorithm is one of the ensembles learning methods used to predict LoS in this study. The dataset used in this study is primary data at PHC Surabaya Hospital. From the results of the simulations performed, the random forest algorithm is able to predict LoS in a dataset of treated patients (ICU and non-ICU) with cases of brain vessel injuries. In this study, the natural fibers used were bamboo fiber and banana stems. Banana fiber has good mechanical properties and is easy to find, while bamboo fiber is easy to find and has a low density. In this study, the aim was to determine the effect of fiber orientation and treatment on the tensile strength and toughness of natural fiber reinforced composites using a polyester matrix. The variation of the fiber orientation used is 30o and 90o, and the fiber treatment used is alkali and bleaching treatment. Based on the research results, the 90o angle with fiber bleaching treatment has the highest tensile strength value, which is equal to 37.33 MPa with a modulus of elasticity of 5 GPa. The most commonly SMA material used is the Ni-Ti alloy. However, it is high cost. So that it is necessary to have alternative materials, for instance Cu-Zn-Al. Several studies related to Cu-Zn-Al Shape Memory Alloys have poor mechanical properties. So there further research required in order to determine the heat treatment process of Cu-Zn-Al Shape Memory Alloys. In this study Cu-21Zn-5Al alloys were given heat treatment with annealing temperature variations (425;550;600°C) and cooling media (brine, dry ice). Annealing process affects the mechanical properties and microstructure of the test material. Cooling media results the cooling rate during solution treatment. Tests in this study include hardness test, metallographic test, XRD test, DSC test, and SME test. From the test results, it was found that all the test variables have the Shape Memory Effect. The variable that had the greatest recovery (38.3%) was annealing temperature of 450°C with the cooling solution media using brine. Therefore, corten steel is chosen as the base metal for the exhaust stack due to its excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance, as well as its costeffectiveness compared to other heat-resistant steels. This study aims to analyze the welded joints of corten steel in terms of microstructure, corrosion resistance, and tensile strength using the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) method, following the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). The variables used in this study are the electrode variations using E7016-G and E8016-G electrodes, and the current variations of 90, 105, and 120 A. The results of this study indicate that in the metallography testing, the highest percentage of the perlitic phase is found in specimen B2, which uses the E8016-G electrode and a current of 105A, reaching 41.92% in the weld metal and 29.6% in the Heat-Affected Zone (HAZ). In the corrosion resistance testing, the corrosion rate fluctuates within the 3-hour and 6-hour time ranges, but decreases within the 10-hour time range. The lowest corrosion rate is observed in specimen B2 using the E8016-G electrode and a current of 105A. The aim of this study was identifying JIT application to electrical work in Leedon Hotel Surabaya. The condition before the researcher implemented JIT in Leedon Hotel project, it was identified waste caused by design change, lack of coordination between project and Head Office, and materials availability with excess material stocks. The limited size of the warehouse as MEP materials storage made the material storage not optimal and it had potential to be waste. Applying just in time concept had a focus on waste elimination by planning - needs - use in the field based on the application of JIT method in the Leedon Hotel project.
