Studies of modern tourism are collections of institutional and informal entities. As a result, both laterally and vertically, the nature of tourism administration is broad and profound. Tourism administration includes social phenomena, travel locations, travel products, and authenticity. Let's suppose that social governance is administered through the process of tourism administration. The fundamental requirement for the tourism industry, which serves as the principal environment for tourism management, is social democracy. This is an opportunity for women on one side and on the other side they are facing pressure due to their double roles and function. Nepali society is adopting both traditional and modern theories. Traditionally women are engaged in household activities. But in modern society, women are engaged in various activities including office work out of their house. Nepali-employed women are suffering from dual roles and functions. Nepali women especially those engaged in public sector offices are busy in various service delivery offices. In the public sector of Nepal, Nepali-employed women are highly criticized due to their low performance. This is due to their dual role. Women are responsible for their household activities such as; cooking, lodging, care of children as well as senior citizens, cleaning, guest management, clothing, waste management, and so on. Due to these household chores, women are busy in the house. On the other hand, public sector employed women have to be involved in various activities in the office such as service delivery, meeting, day-to-day activities, training, and so on. Therefore, public sector-employed women are facing a high level of pressure and cannot work well in the office.  Developed countries run their administrative activities by the system. Public sector-employed women are successful in these countries. Women who are busy in the public sector manage their children, some senior citizens in the care center. Similarly cleaning, and washing, are also managed by the private sector in developed countries. So, urban areas like Lalitpur, Kathmandu, and Biratnagar should follow foreign trends. The research utilized interviews, observations, diaries, and field notes to gather data, which were subsequently analyzed thematically. Findings indicate that cultural factors, socio-economic status, language differences, and gender roles significantly influence the Rai students' academic performance and engagement, particularly in mathematics. This cultural discontinuity between home and school environments, alongside societal and teacher behaviors, impedes their learning process. It causes various destructions in the geographical and life of people. Analyze the uses of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools in the disaster period, explore the effective communication channel used in disaster management, and identify the best communication tools and channels in disaster periods in educational institutes' main objectives of this study and the Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, and Dadeldhura districts of Nepal are the main study area. During the disaster period, the government brings different communication tools and awareness programs to minimize risk and destruction. However, due to a lack of proper implementation and unawareness, using those tools effectively has become a major challenge. There are challenges for integrating ICT tools for disaster management because of a lack of knowledge about the ICT tools, and how to use them inappropriately. Social media, smartphones, and short message service (SMS) ICT tools help to communicate immediately during the disaster period. ICT tools helped with disaster management in the research area’s schools and they give priority to the wireless channel then the telephone channel for communication. To bridge the gap, this study intends to clarify the basic tenets of CSR focusing on banking institutions as a center. Descriptive and archrival design is used in the article process to analyze the archive. Secondary data is used in the research. This research was based on corporate governance and its implications within commercial institutions of Nepal. {"title":"विकासमा उत्तरआधुनिकतावादः अवधारणा, बुझाई र बहस","authors":"भवदत्त Bhawadatta सापकोटा Sapkota","doi":"10.3126/irj.v2i2.56152","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3126/irj.v2i2.56152","url":null,"abstract":"यो लेखको उद्देश्य उत्तरआधुनिकतावादले समाजमा जन्माएको प्राज्ञिक कौतुहलतामा आधारित रहेर विकासमा उत्तरआधुनिकतावादको हेराई, बुझाई र बहसलाई समालोचना गर्नु हो । यो लेख मुलतः द्धितिय स्रोतहरुको प्रयोगमा आधारित छ । यस अन्तर्गत विभिन्न समालोचकहरु, लेखकहरु, साहित्यकारहरु र अनुसन्धाताहरुको वौद्धिक प्रयासद्धारा प्रकाशित लेख, रचना, पुस्तक, टिप्पोणी, शोध र प्रतिवेदनहरुलाई मुख्य स्रोतको रुपमा लिइएको छ । आधुनिकतापछिको बहस उत्तरआधुनिकता हो । आधुनिकतामा वस्तुगत यर्थाथ हुन्छ जबकि उत्तरआधुनिकतामा अनेकता । विगतमा स्थापित विकासका कतिपय असल मान्यता र सिद्धान्तहरू वर्तमान र भविष्यका लागि मार्गर्दशक स्रोतको रूपमा प्रयोग हुनुपर्ने हो तर उत्तरआधुनिकतावादले सँधै इतिहासको उपेक्षा गर्दै आएको छ । कुनै वस्तु, घटना, परिस्थिती आदिलाई वहुआयामिक दृष्टिकोणबाट हेरिन्छ, उत्तरआधुनिकतामा । सत्य वा यर्थाथ व्यक्तिको धारणा र दृष्टिकोण अनुसार फरक–फरक हुन्छ । वर्तमान समय कुनै एक व्यक्ति, सम्प्रदाय, धर्म, जाति, भाषा, संस्कृति र देशको नभई बहुलवाद र विवेकवादको हो । कसैको प्रभुत्वले सांसार चल्दैन । सबैको साझा संकलल्प, सहकार्य र प्रभुत्वले चल्दछ । विकास साझेदारी र सहकार्यको प्रतिफल हो । हरेक चिज सापेक्षिक हुन्छ नकि निरपेक्ष । आधुनिकताप्रतिको मोहभङ्ग नै उत्तरआधुनिकताको प्रवेश विन्दु हो । ज्ञान नै शक्तिको स्रोत हो । ज्ञानका विभिन्न स्वरुपहरु हुन्छन् । मृत्यु निरपेक्ष र शास्वत सत्य हो । यर्थाथ निर्मित र सान्र्दभिक हुन्छ । समाज पिच्छे मानिसका इच्छा, आकांक्षा, चाहान, सबाल, मुद्दा फरक–फर हुन्छन् । इच्छाशक्ति विकासको ऊर्जा हो । उत्तरआधुनिकतावादको लम्बाइ, चौडाइ र गहिराइ अनन्त छ । यो वादअनुसार भूत, वर्तमान र भविष्यबीचको भिन्नता छुट्याउने कुनै त्यस्तो लक्ष्मण रेखा छैन । बहुसंस्कृतिको वर्चस्व हाबी हुन्छ । विचार, विमर्श, चिन्तन, दर्शन, कला, साहित्य, भाषा, जीवनपद्धति, संस्कृति, चाडपर्व, उपभोग संस्कृति, राजनीति, शिक्षा, विकासका नीति, अभ्यास, आयाम आदि सबै ठिमाहा हुन् । यो बहसले जति नै चर्चा पाए पनि अन्तत आलोचनाबाट मुक्त रहन सकेन । यो वादले कुनै वैकल्पिक समाधानको मार्ग दिन सकेन । विरोधाभाषपूर्ण अवस्थाको भ्रम जन्मायो । यो आलेखमा पूर्णतया पेशागत मर्यादा नैतिकता कायम गरिएको छ । यद्यपि यो लेख विगतमा प्रकाशित विभिन्न लेखहरुको व्यवस्थित पुनरावलोकनगरी तयार पारिएको हो ।","PeriodicalId":426597,"journal":{"name":"Innovative Research Journal","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126661892","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article highlights the importance of prioritizing school leadership development and investing in training and support for school leaders in Nepal and its selected neighbors. It also establishes a theoretical link between school leadership development and achieving SDGs in education. The methodology used for this study was secondary data analysis of the literature from various sources, such as research papers, reports, and other relevant documents.
