Information subsurface structure used as the initial study foundation design. The research was carried out with resistivity geoelectric method using a resistivity meter. Utilization of waste material roughness to granite road is one way to reduce the waste of the granite. This research aims to know the benefits of waste granite coarse aggregate as substitute against marshall on the mix characteristic laston or AC-b. ingredients used include: Semen Gresik brand Filler, sand purchased from stores building in Kediri, Grey stone which in may from Winongsari Grogol, corals that are purchased from shops in Kediri, Asphalt comes from Pertamina, granite Waste obtained from the project. Mix laston or AC-L with granite rock waste as a substitute for coarse aggregate using a variation of 10%, 20%, and 30%. The results of this research it is known that the use of granite waste can enhance the characteristics of Marshall. This study uses water hyacinth as a substitute for cellulose fiber in the mixture of HRS-BC. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of water hyacinth cellulose fiber in HRS mixture to the Marshall characteristics. This research uses trial and error method, resulting 7.19 % asphalt content to the total aggregate weight with the variation of cellulose fibers are 3%, 4%, 5%, 6% and 7%. Marshall Test is performed to determine the effect of adding the cellulose fiber in the mixture to the components of Marshall Properties, for example Marshall Stability, % of Void Filed With Asphalt (VFWA), % of Void in The Mix (VIM), Plastic Fatigue (Flow), and Marshall Quotient (MQ).The result of this study is Marshall evaluation where the greatest score is obtained for stability of 1601 kg, flow of 4.60 mm, Quotient Marshall of 375.44 kg/mm, VMA of 20.45%, VFWA of 86.79 %, and VIM score of 4.19 %. In general, each construction project has a specific implementation plan and schedule of implementation. It contains some important things, for example when the project should begin, when it should be completed, and how to provide the resources. As in the development project of Public Health Center building in LarenDistrict, Lamongan Regency in 2016 which has been delayed up to six weeks, causing inaccuracy between the planningschedule anddevelopment implementation. This research aims to be used as an evaluation to get the fastest acceleration time by using cut and crashing method. From the data obtained fromthe time schedule, cost estimate plan (RAB),wage price analysis, and project materials,the next step is making the job network and determining the critical pathfor cut and crash method. The results of the study show that the project acceleration can be done up to 82 days or 7 days faster than the normal day, that is 89 days with acceleration cost of Rp. 347.935.000,00 or increased from the normal cost of Rp. 345.390.000,00. The percentage of the selected acceleration time ratio is approximately 6.02% faster than the normal time, while for the acceleration cost is approximately 0.68% greater than the normal cost. The composition and aggregates that we use are type I portland cement, Master Ease 5010 additive, Hydroton, Batu Gombong as coarse aggregates and sand which are used as fine aggregates. Hydrotonini has hard and light characteristics. Shaped like spheres - small spheres measuring 1 - 2.5cm, usually used as alternative planting media in general. From a wide range of road constructions, flexible pavement is the most chosen one because its characteristics: easy, fast, and efficient. However, flexible pavement has many weaknesses, for example the premature damage on the road surface after some time passed by the traffic so that the road cannot reach the planned age. For that, it is done a research to add a hot asphalt mixture material that aims to improve the quality of the mixture results. The selected ingredient is natural water hyacinth. The method used is trial and error with reference of SNI 03-1737-1989. Variations used are 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10% of the asphalt weight, asphalt level used is 5.72 %. The strength of the concrete is determined by the quality of the concrete. So that the mixture used must meet the standards, by using selected materials and adding other substances, it will produce a higher quality than SNI. Masterpozzolith® 402R additive is a mixture of concrete material that serves as a bonding enhancer on concrete, this material will react with cement and water so that when the element is fused it will produce a better bond between coarse and fine aggregates. In this study concrete will use lumajang sand and add the masterpozzolith® 402R additive as an additional material to achieve the desired high quality. with a concrete job mix using the K-200, it is expected to produce concrete with a quality above the specified target.
