DPT immunization is one of the mandatory immunizations given to children which aims to generate active immunity against diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus at the same time. In addition to having benefits, DPT immunization also causes side effects in its implementation which can cause anxiety in mothers so that they do not want their children to get DPT immunization. An understanding of the importance of immunization is needed to reduce anxiety and increase the coverage of DPT immunization.\u0000Objective: The purpose of this health education is to increase understanding of the importance of DPT immunization for cadres\u0000Method: The method used is health education about the importance of DPT immunization through lectures and discussions with leaflet media.\u0000Result: The activity was carried out on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 13.00 WIB at the GOR Panykiran Village, Ciamis District. The total number of cadres who attended the health counseling activities was 30 people. The HIV virus that is increasingly spreading or severe will lead to and cause AIDS. White blood cells are attacked by the HIV virus and cause damage to a person's immune system. This virus spreads rapidly and the African continent is its root and origin. No one has ever found a medicine to cure someone from this disease. A person's change from children to adults is definitely physical, attitude, and others experience changes. HIV/AIDS can arise if a person's changes are not appropriate.\u0000Objective: Health education regarding the prevention of HIV/AIDS can help educate the students of SMKN 1 Ciamis on how to keep the spread of HIV/AIDS and avoid various HIV/AIDS viruses.\u0000Method: Health education research is used in the HIV/AIDS risk prevention education method in the Adolescent Range. This health education was conducted with 36 students at SMKN 1 Ciamis, Ciamis Regency, with 15 respondents as respondents.\u0000Result: Results of health education on HIV/AIDS risk prevention in adolescents at SMKN 1 Ciamis. There are still students who don't seem to understand about the spread of HIV/AIDS, even their concern for HIV/AIDS is still very porly understood. This will actually cause harm to a group of teenagers and their surroundings, for example promiscuity in adolescence, bringing negative sources to adolescents, causing the spread of HIV/AIDS.\u0000Conclussion: Results of health education on HIV/AIDS risk prevention in adolescents at SMKN 1 Ciamis. Because children are closely related to games, digital educational games are a strategic step to provide new experiences in learning, especially to improve children's memory and fine motor skills.\u0000Purpose: The purpose of this community service is to carry out play therapy using card media with Augmented Reality which children have never done before.\u0000Methods: Play therapy activities focused on school-age children are carried out by lecturers and a group of students from the D3 Nursing Study Program STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis. The method in play therapy activities uses simulation methods and direct practice in games using Augmented Reality card media. Location This service was held at SDN 1 Kalipucang Pangandaran with 20 students participating.\u0000Results: This community service activity can illustrate how play therapy improves fine motor skills and memory in early childhood by using the Augmented Reality card approach that is displayed on the cellphone screen and changes from a 2-dimensional image to a 3-dimensional image. The children became very enthusiastic and became very curious about what kind of images would appear from the Augmented Reality cards they held. Pain too affect the emotional status of feelings, irritability, depression and anxiety. The earliest changes that occur in adolescents are physical or biological development, one of them is a teenager starting to menstruate.\u0000Objective: students can use massage techniques to reduce menstrual pain when menstrual pain occurs.\u0000Method: The implementation method is by counseling. This community service activity starts with (1) preparation; This stage begins with a preliminary study that aims to explore the problem of menstrual pain in Diploma Midwifery study program students, determine target activities, and plan solutions to problems. Next, they asked permission from the Head of the Diploma Midwifery Study Program to conduct outreach to students, (2) implementation. The activities are adjusted to the student mentoring schedule, (3) reporting, at this stage the team reports the results of the activities that have been carried out to the Head of Diploma Midwifery Study Program.\u0000Result: the results of community service found that after attending counseling on massage techniques for reducing menstrual pain, students were able to apply techniques that were late in practice, although some massage techniques had to be assisted by others. One of the causes of stunting in toddlers is the lack of parental knowledge about stunting. This community service activity is carried out by empowering the community regarding stunting. It is hoped that after this program, the community and parents will know about stunting control and pay more attention to the growth of babies and toddlers.\u0000Objective: This community service activity is carried out by empowering the community regarding stunting which is expected after this program is carried out, the community and parent know about stunting control and pay more attention to the growth of infants and toodlers.\u0000Method: This activity was carried out by providing counseling through 3 stages, namely interviews, providing education about stunting, evaluation. \u0000Result: of the 48 respondents before the counseling who knew about stunting only 20 people (41.6%) after the counseling, the knowledge of parents increased to 40 people (83.3%). Diarrhea is still one of the world's biggest health problems, especially in developing countries, because the high morbidity and mortality rates are still high.\u0000Objective: Providing counseling and education to Pantai Asuhan Harapan Mulia children about diarrhea.\u0000Method: The strategy implemented to overcome the problem of diarrhea in children is to conduct counseling, where this counseling strategy will be enforced directly on the target, namely children in the Harapan Mulia Orphanage, East Purwokerto. The implementation strategy that has been carried out is the provision of health counseling on diarrhea, with the implementation of prevention, carried out jointly at the Harapan Mulia Orphanage, East Purwokerto.\u0000Result: The result of this health education promotion is the implementation of health education regarding the prevention of diarrhea at the Harapan Mulia orphanage in East Purwokerto. Before being given counseling, several children knew how to prevent diarrhea, one of them was washing their hands, but only one or two people knew the six steps of washing their right hand.\u0000Conclusion: The counseling activity was carried out at the Harapan Mulia Orphanage in Ledug, East Purwokerto. The material provided is about diarrhea which includes understanding the causes, symptoms, and ways to prevent it.
