The success of T2DM therapy in controlling blood glucose with self-management can be influenced by individual characteristics, knowledge, health status, health system, and selection of anti-diabetic drugs. Self-management of DM patients is the attitude that patients apply to their understanding of DM, such as controlling diet, physical activity, medication adherence, and glucose management. Education by health workers about basic information on controlling glucose levels and the prevention of complications will improve the self-management of T2DM patients.\u0000Objective: This Community Service Program (CSP) aims to increase knowledge, self-management, and control of glucose levels in T2DM patients.\u0000Method: This CSP method uses lectures with leaflet media, discussions, questions and answers, and interviews, covering the preparation to evaluation stages individually. Measurement of self-management using the Diabetes Self-management Questionnaire (DSMQ). PCM partner is an Integrated Service for the Elderly in Tipar Kidul Village, Ajibarang.\u0000Result: The results of this CSP are that the blood glucose levels of CSP participants have an average blood glucose value of 244.8 mg/dl. As many as 26 (86.3%) are in the uncontrolled and hyperglycemic categories. The result was that the participants' blood glucose levels were 244.8 mg/dl, and 26 (86.3%) were in the uncontrolled or hyperglycemic category. The government has formulated various health and social service policies for the older adult aimed at improving the quality of life of the older adult, achieving a happy and efficient old age in family and community life in accordance with their existence. Health and social services at the community level are posyandu for the older adult. AIDS itself is a symptom of damage to the immune system due to a virus called Human Immunodeficiency or called HIV. For sufferers, getting social support from the environment will really help them in developing themselves.\u0000Objective: This activity aims to provide counseling that people with HIV/AIDS need social support from their families and their environment, it is also hoped that at the end of the counseling process students can understand HIV/AIDS and how to provide social support to people at risk of getting HIV/AIDS.\u0000Method: The method used in this counseling is the lecture method using PowerPoint media.\u0000Result: Based on the evaluation there is an increase in knowledge about HIV/AIDS and how to provide social support to people at risk of getting HIV/AIDS. The results of the evaluation of extension activities showed that 5 out of 24 students responded to the questions given and could answer questions correctly. \u0000Conclusion: An increase in knowledge about HIV/AIDS and how to provide social support to people at risk of HIV/AIDS with indicators that students understand the material provided, can answer questions, and provide appropriate answers. One of causes of stunting in infants and toodlers is the lack of parental knowledge about stunting.\u0000Objective: This community service activity is carried out by empowering the community regarding stunting which is expected after this program is carried out, the community and parent know about stunting control and pay more attention to the growth of infants and toodlers.\u0000Method: This activity is carried out by providing counseling through 4 stages, namely interviews, providing education about stunting, then monitoring for 21 days and evaluating. \u0000Result: Of the 48 respondents before the counseling, who knew about stunting only 20 people (41,6%) after the parental knowledge counselimg increased to 40 people (83,3%). Indonesian people, use quite a lot of family medicinal plants, for example a decoction of betel leaves (Piper betle L.). Its compounds are known to have strong potential as an anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. The role of nurses is to increase the knowledge of health cadres through health counseling activities about the basic concepts of oral hygiene and how to make betel leaf-based mouthwashes\u0000Objective: The counseling activity aims to increase the knowledge of health cadres about oral hygiene and about how to make mouthwashes made from betel leaves.\u0000Method: The implementation has been held in June 2022. The number of participants was 14 people. The participants are health cadres in Wonosari Hamlet. The instruments used to evaluate were ten (10) pre-test and post-test questionnaire questions and a checklist of procedures for how to make betel leaf-based mouthwashes. The data on the results are presented in the form of a table of scores.\u0000Result: The average score of knowledge about oral hygiene are increase from 49.29 to 67.27. Procedure evaluation score 97.61%.\u0000Conclusion: There was an increase in knowledge about oral hygiene and representatives of cadres were able to make Betel Leaf Mouthwash. This virus is contagious quickly and has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia, in just a few months. Public awareness and behavior are needed to prevent and control COVID-19.\u0000Objective: This activity aimed to increase public knowledge and attitudes to actively participate in preventing and controlling the transmission of Covid 19.\u0000Method: The implementation of this activity begins with the process of evaluating the level of knowledge and attitudes of PKK cadres regarding the prevention and control of Covid-19 by conducting a pre-test using a questionnaire. Then, the team provided education about the prevention and control of Covid-19 by using appropriate media. This activity was carried out using the transfer & sharing method of knowledge by using aids of audiovisual media and leaflets. Monitoring and stimulation of child growth and development is very necessary for optimizing children's growth and development and recognizing problems early.\u0000Objective: The purpose of this service is to increase promotive and preventive efforts in increasing the growth and development of toddlers by increasing the knowledge and skills of mothers of toddlers in stimulating the growth and development of their children and increasing the ability of mothers in early detection of disorders of growth and development of toddlers in the Public Health Center of Panjalu.\u0000Method: The methods used in this community service are lectures and discussions.\u0000Result: The service activity was carried out for 2 days, namely on 12-13 October 2021 which was attended by 27 mothers. Several factors play an important role for physical growth and development, including nutritional and non-nutritional factors. Nutritional problems, including stunting (dwarf), during childhood will hinder the process of growth and development and increase the risk of degenerative diseases or chronic noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) in later stages of life.\u0000Objective: This service activity aims to increase the knowledge of cadres about MP ASI and improve the ability of cadres in processing MP ASI\u0000Method: The methods used in this community service are lectures, discussions, and exercises to process MP ASI directly.\u0000Result: Based on the results of the training, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge of cadres with an average increase in post test results of 17.2 with the highest score on the post test being 100.\u0000Conclusion: The implementation of this service activity has been carried out smoothly and according to plan, followed by 18 cadres from village representatives who are in the working area of the Bregbeg Health Center who are very enthusiastic and eager to participate in this activity to completion . The target of this activity is 32 families who are the main care givers for people with schizophrenia in the Ampelgading Community Health Center, Malang. In session one, participants were given material about peer groups including identify, quick coping, breathing and guided imagery and in stage two the team teaches participants to practice guided imagery accompanied by music.\u0000Result: The results were obtained from 32 primary care givers, 18 people (56%) of whom experienced moderate to severe anxiety obtained through filling out the RAT (Rapid Anxiety Test) questionnaire. Next in session 1 all participants were given material about anxiety and how to reduce it. Results on session 1 all participants can re-explain the content of the material, then in session 2 the team teaches participants to practice the steps including Identify, Quick Copping, Breathing, and Guided imagery. An important period in a child's growth and development is the toddler period because this period is the basic growth that will influence and determine the next child's development. The toddler period shows further motor development with the ability to do more activities, develop curiosity, and explore objects around them. Therefore, the danger or risk of accidents must be watched out for.\u0000Objective: The purpose of this service was to increase the knowledge of health cadres on how to prevent accidents at home in infants and toddlers.\u0000Method: This public service was conducted by cadre training which was held for 3 meetings on 1st, 14th, and 22nd June 2022. The activity began with a pre-test and ended with a post-test.\u0000Result: The pre-test findings showed that as many as 8 cadres (57.14%) had poor knowledge, as many as 6 cadres (42.86%) had sufficient knowledge, and none had good knowledge. The results of the post-test showed that there were no cadres who had less knowledge, sufficient knowledge increased to 8 people (72.73%), and those who had good knowledge were 3 people (27.27%).
