Factors that play a role in the development of life of the pathogen can be used as a bases to inhibit the development or decrease inoculums population in the field. The objectives of this study were to determine the effect of pH and temperature in vitro. Four of pathogenic fungi (Lasiodiplodia theobromae, Graphium euwalaceae, Fusarium solani, dan Rigidoporus microporus) were tested for growth at pH media include 3, 4, 5, and 6 while the effect of temperature include 16, 22, 28, and 34 o C. The results showed that L. theobromae had a wide range of pH and temperature compared to three other fungi. Optimum pH medium for mycelia growth is 4 to 6 and the optimum temperature is 28 o C. The lower the pH causes the mycelial growth to be inhibited, as well as the temperature. When the temperature is lowered or increased, the mycelial growth is disturbed.","PeriodicalId":424923,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering Research and Advanced Technology","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126525356","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The current constraint is the absence of maintenance on the Leak Test, thereby reducing production profits caused by high engine damage. This also causes the average repair time for the Leak Test Model 4L45W engine to be above the repair target set by the company, where the company targets an average repair time per month of 12 minutes. For this reason, corrective steps are needed so that the production process runs smoothly according to operational standards. This step involves proposing the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). It is known that the average Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Leak Test machine in June–August was 60.09%. The Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) stipulates that if the OEE value is equal to 60%, it indicates that there is a lot of room for improvement. After implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on the Leak Testin September, the OEE value rose to 94.33%, and the average monthly repair timemet the company's target of 9.2 minutes. This greatly affects the cost of production due to lower production costs due to overtime. This indicates improvement, and the first step in the proposed implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance Machine Leak Test model 4L45W is said to be successful","PeriodicalId":424923,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering Research and Advanced Technology","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127864386","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This deficiency is due to the fact that the company did not have a proper inventory planning of raw material required for the production, as a consequence the company often has to buy the raw material at a higher price in an urgent condition. In order to make a cost efficiency, the activities of purchase and usage of this raw materials need to be planned at the best possible cost so that companies can avoid unnecessary waste of operational costs. With the unpredicted of raw material resources used by the company and quantity of consumer demand, inventory policy planning is needed to determine the most economical quantity required and the time for the company to place the order in these probabilistic conditions.","PeriodicalId":424923,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering Research and Advanced Technology","volume":"114 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116484296","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sophisticated measures are required in controlling public buses’ overloading because they can help in reducing deaths and casualties as the findings show that excessive passengers is one of the major causes of many deaths and casualties when accidents occur. There are a number of existing technics for passengers’ overloading control in public busses, counting of passengers, video processing using the zenithal camera for capturing the bio-directional passengers flow, infra-red motion analyzer and stereovision are commonly used. The current practice of checking and controlling passengers’ overloading which is done by stationed police officers and SUMATRA is associated with many challenges and limitations, being labor-intensive, not providing real-time data, being reactive rather than proactive, not applicable in rainy and night time, encourage bribery and lacking control are some of the commonly identified problems and limitations. This research concentrates with the design and develops a sophisticated embedded passengers’ vehicles overloading system that monitors and automatically controlling the overloading process. Development was possible through the use of ADCUM Camera, Diode 1N4007, Arduino UNO R3, GSM modem A6, SIM900 Liquid crystal display 16X4, DC motor, Relay 5v, Regulator 7805 and battery 4AH. Both qualitative and quantitative design approach was used when undertaking this research, a stratified sampling technique was used when collecting data and to present findings SPSS was used to analyze data.","PeriodicalId":424923,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering Research and Advanced Technology","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122341253","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
