It is not a paper of a completed work. We have a principal example, nuclear norm optimization problem, which is described intuitively and formally. We believe that the proper formulation (and implementation) of r-algorithm based solution of the problem will have general applications and we are still seeking that formulation (and implementation). It lies somewhere in the neighborhood of a matrix extension of r-algorithms. The amplifier circuit uses a combination of 500W NXP-LDMOS devices through the use of simple multi-section microstrip (Duroid 6006) hybrids. Instantaneous duty cycle is 1:10 with a maximum pulse duration of 1ms. To achieve this objective, a simpler, lighter, smaller sized fractal antenna is proposed. The antenna is designed on a FR4 substrate of size 36mm×36mm×1.6mm and is co-planar waveguide (CPW) fed. It resonates at three frequencies providing triple band operations in the S band. The simulation results on the fundamental antenna parameters such as return loss, gain, radiation pattern and VSWR meet the acceptable standards. Both the design and simulation have been carried out using IE3D electromagnetic simulation software. The experimental results of the fabricated antenna are also presented. SCW is amplified due to the negative differential conductivity at the frequencies f ≤ 500 GHz. The three-wave resonant interaction of two counterpropagating EM waves with SCW is considered in the waveguides based on n-GaN film onto a dielectric substrate. The paper describes BPFs with introduced several transmission zeros based on a combination of parallel coupling and end coupling of half-wavelength microstrip resonators. The BPFs exhibit quasi-elliptic response that results in finite frequency transmission zeros, positioned near the passband edges due to the coupling between non-adjacent resonators. At the center frequency of 36 GHz, the 3 dB bandwidth of the BPF is 2.0 GHz, which is almost 5.6%, and the simulated insertion loss is 0.9 dB. Occurrence of electro resistance anomaly in CNT starts to be observed at the second cycle of deformation and reaches the maximum value of electro resistance at the seventeenth and twenty first cycles. It is revealed that in process of increase in cycles of loading-unloading deficiency of the carbon nanotubes grows.
