Abstract

Influence of cyclic deformation on electro resistance of a carbon nanotubes (CNT), placed in the closed volume is studied, and the abnormal behavior of their electro resistance in processes of cyclic mechanical loading and unloading is revealed. Occurrence of electro resistance anomaly in CNT starts to be observed at the second cycle of deformation and reaches the maximum value of electro resistance at the seventeenth and twenty first cycles.
