Occurrence of electro resistance anomaly in CNT starts to be observed at the second cycle of deformation and reaches the maximum value of electro resistance at the seventeenth and twenty first cycles. It is revealed that in process of increase in cycles of loading-unloading deficiency of the carbon nanotubes grows.
