Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi AI, organisasi sektor publik dihadapkan pada tantangan baru dalam mengelola SDM mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana manajemen SDM di sektor publik dapat menghadapi kemajuan kecerdasan buatan. Penelitian ini melibatkan studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan terkait implementasi AI dalam sektor publik serta implikasi manajemen SDM yang terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI dapat memberikan manfaat besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas sektor publik, seperti otomatisasi tugas rutin, analisis data yang cepat, dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat. Namun, kemajuan AI juga menimbulkan beberapa tantangan dalam manajemen SDM sektor publik. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah adaptasi SDM dengan perubahan yang diakibatkan oleh implementasi AI. Organisasi sektor publik perlu mempersiapkan pegawai mereka dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru yang diperlukan dalam mengoperasikan dan mengelola sistem AI. Selain itu, aspek-etika AI juga menjadi perhatian penting, di mana organisasi perlu memastikan bahwa penggunaan AI dalam pengambilan keputusan tidak menyebabkan bias atau diskriminasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa manajemen SDM sektor publik perlu mengadopsi pendekatan yang proaktif dalam menghadapi kemajuan kecerdasan buatan. Ini melibatkan pembangunan kapasitas SDM melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan yang relevan dengan AI. Selain itu, perlu juga adanya kebijakan yang mengatur penggunaan dan pengelolaan AI dalam sektor publik, termasuk kerangka kerja etika yang jelas. Dalam kesimpulannya, manajemen SDM sektor publik perlu mengakui potensi dan tantangan yang dibawa oleh kemajuan kecerdasan buatan. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, organisasi sektor publik dapat memanfaatkan AI untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. Salah satu perubahan besar ialah mengenai pembagian jenis kepegawaian yang menjadi salah satu terobosan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara. Berdasarkan pasal 6 dan 7 UU No. 5 Tahun 2014, ASN terbagi menjadi dua jenis Kepegawaian yakni PNS dan PPPK. Sayangnya PPPK yang dianggap sebuah inovasi kebijakan ini menimbulkan banyak kerancuan. Munculnya istilah PPPK sendiri telah banyak menimbulkan perdebatan dan diskusi kritis di kalangan pemangku kebijakan, pengelola kepegawaian, akademisi, dan masyarakat. Tulisan ini akan melihat sejauhmana efektivitas skema perekrutan PPPK dapat menjadi solusi pemenuhan kebutuhan SDM professional dalam pemerintahan. Apakah sudah cukup hanya dengan menambahkan skema perekrutan PPPK sehingga dapat terhindar dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul saat perekrutan menggunakan skema CPNS. Metodologi penulisan ini menggunakan Literature Review, dengan mendeskripsikan data dan temuan dilapangan dengan apa adanya serta merupakan pendekatan sistematis untuk mengumpulkan, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis penelitian yang relevan terkait sumber daya manusia. PPPK hanya merupakan salah satu tahap dalam sistem merit sebagai upaya mendapatkan SDM yang professional. PPPK sebagai skema perekrutan untuk mendapatkan calon pegawai dengan kompetensi terbaik dan meminimalisir beberapa permasalahan yang timbul pada perekrutan CPNS. Data yang disajikan menunjukkan belum sepenuhnya wilayah Indonesia yang dapat menerapkan sistem merit dengan optimal. Tujuannya adalah mengukur pencapaian target kerja dan memberikan umpan balik konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kinerja individu dan organisasi. Namun, penilaian kinerja di sektor publik memiliki tantangan pengukuran objektif dan bias penilai. Untuk mengatasi ini, diperlukan perencanaan yang matang, kolaborasi, kompetensi penilai, dan penggunaan instrumen yang tepat. Dasar hukum yang relevan meliputi undang-undang dan peraturan pemerintah. Metodologi Literature Review digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis literatur yang relevan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dalam konteks penilaian kinerja pegawai di sektor publik, terdapat beberapa masalah yang sering dihadapi, antara lain subjektivitas dan bias penilai, ketidakjelasan standar dan kriteria penilaian, pengukuran kinerja yang tidak memadai, kurangnya umpan balik dan pembinaan, serta kurangnya keterlibatan dan kepuasan pegawai. Berdasarkan analisis temuan-temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa masalah yang paling mendekati teori adalah kurangnya umpan balik dan pembinaan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa umpan balik yang konstruktif dan pembinaan yang efektif sangat penting dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai di sektor publik. From the results of this study, the researchers found that there was a work motivation that the leader did to the employees of BundaPengharapan Hospital so that the results of the employee's performance were good enough to carry out work duties every day. The progress of the organization relies heavily on the ups and downs of its employees ' work productivity. Therefore, the influence of the two becomes an interesting thing to be examined. This research aims to find out how much work stress affects the working productivity of the employees Central agency of Merauke District. This type of research is quantitative with sampling technique i.e. total sampling. Data processing using SPSS application version 23. The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between working stress on the work productivity of the central Statistic agency of Merauke district. From the correlation analysis done, the strength of the influence between the two variables is in the medium category (0.407) with the donation of impact variable work stress to the working productivity variable by 16.6%. The remainder (83.4%), employee work productivity of the District Central Statistics of Merauke regency was influenced by other variables not examined in the study. Work stress experienced by employees of Central Agency Statistics Merauke District is in the low category with the productivity of high-generated work. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Governance Di Kantor Distrik Merauke Kabupaten Merauke. Data analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan teknik analisa data, penulis menggunakan tiga tahap : Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance di Kantor Distrik Merauke Kabupaten Merauke sudah optimal yang di lihat dari beberapa aspek yaitu akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi, supremasi hukum. Dari segi akuntabilitas menunjukkan bahwa para pegawai Kantor Distrik Merauke sangat mempertanggungjawabkan semua hasil kerjanya. Dari aspek transparansi menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Distrik Merauke dalam hal memberikan informasi sangat terbuka karena masyarakat yang sedang mengurus surat-surat administrasi atau KTP yang belum mengetahui syarat-syarat pengurusan pegawai Kantor Distrik Merauke langsung memberitahukan informasi yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Dari aspek partisipasi masyarakat sangat antusias dalam ikut berpartisipasi dalam penerapan good governance. Penegakan hukum yang berlaku di Kantor Distrik Merauke yakni berupa teguran-teguran yang langsung diberikan oleh Kepala Distrik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Fungsi Pengawasan Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam (BKSDA) dalam Melestarikan Sumber Daya Alam Di Kabupaten Merauke. Data analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan teknik analisa data, penulis menggunakan tiga tahap : Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Fungsi Pengawasan Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam (BKSDA) Dalam Melestarikan Sumber Daya Alam Di Kabupaten Merauke sudah optimal yang dilihat dari segi waktu pengawasan yang dilakukan yaitu: 1) Pengawasan Preventif yang menunjukkan bahwa para pegawai Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Kabupaten Merauke sangat mempertanggungjawabkan semua hasil kerjanya; 2) Pengawasan Berkala yang menunjukkan bahwa Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Kabupaten Merauke dalam hal memberikan pengawasan secara berkala sudah berjalan dengan baik; 3) Pengawasan Mendadak sudah dilakukan BKSDA guna memperbaiki penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang ada; 4) Pengawasan Melekat sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tupoksi yang ada di BKSDA, dan 5) Pengawasan Saat Proses Dilakukan sudah sangat sering dilakukan oleh atasan kepada bawahanya guna melihat apa saja yang perlu diperbaiki dan ditutupi.
