The primary objective of this research is to contribute to the discourse on patient rights, doctor accountability, and healthcare quality. To achieve this, a case law study approach was adopted, involving critical analysis of relevant case law. The selected precedents were thoroughly examined to identify legal principles, judicial reasoning, and the application of laws in different contexts related to medical negligence. The study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the teaching methods employed during that time and elucidate various facets and dimensions of teaching practices. The article examines insights gleaned from Buddhist literature and scriptures, focusing on the Buddha’s innovative and impactful teaching methods such as sermons, parables, and interactive exchanges. It also explores the pedagogical approaches of Buddhism, highlighting the egalitarian nature of Buddhist education and its inclusivity of individuals from all social backgrounds. The article discusses different teaching methods employed during the Buddhist era, including the Shravan method, imitation method, demonstration and practice method, interpretation method, lecture method, debate and logic method, seminar, conference and Shāstrārtha method, self-study method, and excursion method. At this juncture, this article aims at exploring the value of children’s literature in language learning. Simple, interesting and linguistically rich texts of children’s literature make classroom environment conducive to learn. These texts engage students in different communicative and cooperative tasks: pair and group discussions, jigsaw, simulation and role play. These texts contribute to students’ language enrichment, development of communicative competence, inferential, and interpretive skills and ultimately lead them to creative writing. The literature review reveals that both the Buddha and the contemporary Jidddu Krishnamurti share a common emphasis on the development of the individual as the key to achieving social harmony and religious tolerance. The findings of the author disclose eight themes based on the literature review, including the importance of education. It is crucial for religious organizations, society, experts, scientists, educators, thinkers, decision-makers, politicians, and government officials to comprehend the contributions of Jiddu Krishnamurti and Buddha, and emphasize the multidimensional personal growth that can be achieved through their works. For this purpose, sample of the date were extracted from the online edition of The Kathmandu Post daily, the largest circulating English newspaper of Nepal. The study has used Critical Discourse Analysis as the methodological tool to analyze socio-cognitive as well as linguistic elements prevalent in the texts of the newspaper. Particularly, through the philosophical impetuses of Norman Fairclough and Teun A. Van Dijik we have tried to unveil the power dynamics imbedded into the text. Our findings reveal that, the mass media play important role in shaping the meaning of climate justice and this is executed through linguistic as well as pictorial representation of climate change. Modern payment methods were made possible by the development of information and communication technology. People’s lives were made easier by the proliferation of smartphones and internet access, which also ushered in the age of digitalization. In addition to enhancing trade and commerce, digitalization also made payment transactions simple and quick. The goal of the current study is to understand the various kinds of digital payment transactions that regular people use in their day-to-day lives, as well as the current state of the industry and Nepal’s growth prospects. The primary data used in this study are secondary data. It is an opportunity for teachers to share their knowledge and develop new instructional practices. TPD helps to keep academics up-to-date with the changing world and knowledge. The objective of this study was to explore issues and challenges of teacher professional development in public campuses of Nepal. This study was qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The participants of the study were three teachers of different public campuses of Rupendehi district selected purposively. The study revealed that teachers of public campuses deserve TPD high significance in the sense that it helps teachers develop various kinds of professional skills, knowledge, and new techniques of teaching. It produces Thyroxine T3 and Tri-Idothyronine T4 hormones which are needed for the growth and development. Iodine is needed for the formation of T3 and T4 hormones. Iodine is found in different food such as sea food, vegetables produced in Iodine rich soil and table salt. The associated problems of thyroid gland are hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. The objective of this study was to find out the prevalence of thyroid problems attending at Siddharthanagar City Hospital. \u0000It was hospital based retrospective study. Data related to thyroid problems T3,T4 and TSH was collected from hospital laboratory reports . The tests were done using Semi Auto Clia Plate Analyzer of TOSOH India Company. \u0000The total number of lab reports was 299 taken for study. Among them the percentage of male and female was 21.7 and 78.3 respectively. The overall prevalence of thyroid problems was 5.9% among general public. The overall prevalence of hypothyroidism was 9.69% and hyperthyroidism was 2.17% respectively. The prevalence of thyroid problems was seen more in female. \u0000This study showed that thyroid problem including hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism is common.
