Possible areas of the use of the research results are presented. The reconstruction is based on image recognition and search of the three-dimensional object model in the database. Selecting and decomposition of the contour of the building are performed at an early stage. Recognition is based on comparing the geometric histograms of standard object and images. Image vectorization is used to construct geometric histogram. Image roofs are used for reconstruction. The value of conducting underwater operations for the extraction of shelf zone's ferromanganese nodules is described. Schematic diagram of conducting mining operations is provided. The construction of a mining complex for mining ferromanganese nodules of the Baltic Sea with the possibility of its separation and partial enrichment on the seabed during the process of production is proposed. The article deals with the means for moving the mining workers of seabed, the technological walking machine working by the displacement of the center of mass by way of a movable counterweight, and its construction are given. The dependence of the gravity of the counterweight satisfies the condition of the machine's movement. Micro hydropower plants (micro HPPs) meet all environmental requirements and can make a significant contribution to the electrification of remote rural areas, tourist and agricultural facilities. The load operation of hydro-generator comprised of an unregulated propeller hydro-turbine and a synchronous generator through reversible frequency converter was studied.
