This paper builds evaluation index system based on Balanced Scorecard, then adopts information entropy to determine the weight of each index factor, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted to calculate overall scores and each dimension scores of E-commerce performance. Aimed at requirements of evaluation of knowledge management performance, evaluation target and six first-level indicators and their subordinate indicators are designed. Analytic hierarchy process as a decision method is used to get the weights of indicators, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to accomplish evaluation of knowledge management performance. So the model of evaluation of knowledge management performance is built by modified Analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In this paper, play game is used to study the strategy of biomass power generation enterprises and thermal power enterprises in the condition of lacking incentives, and it is concluded that enterprises’ choices are closely related to their input and award. Instead of pre-established relationship between component services in the composition, service oriented computing advocates dynamic discovery, composition and execution of those services according to user requirements. In this paper, the issue of leveraging AI planning technique to automate web service composition is investigated. We propose a flexible framework for dynamic composition of semantic web services which can facilitate automatic composition schema planning and optimized service selection based on non-functional information. Then we present an ontology-aided composition schema planning approach for semantic web services. Logistics industry not only plays a fundamental role in regional economy, but also determines the economic operation speed and efficiency of that area. In response surface design models, independent variables are generally assumed to be measured without errors for given observation. However, in practice the independent variables cannot be exactly controlled and measured, and this situation is widespread in many fields. The aim of this paper is to investigate the regression coefficients, the stationary point and the optimum value in the errors-in-variables model and compare with the model without errors in response surface methodology. Here, as the original model, the independent variables are assumed to be fixed. This paper explores the arrangement of five nanotechnology market fields of foreign countries (regions) in China, including Nano-materials, Nano-electronics & information, Nano-biology & medical, Measurement & detection and Mechanical & process. The results showed that foreign countries (regions) have become more interested in China’s nano-markets, and the number of patents exhibited rapid growth after the year of 2000. In the overall market layout of foreign countries, nano-materials and nano-electronics & information were the most important fields. Furthermore, different countries have different priorities in market layout. U.S. market arrangement was consistent with the overall layout of foreign countries (regions), Japan, Korea and Taiwan have paid much more attention to nano-electronics & information market in China. The problem that financing is difficult in high-tech enterprises has become increasingly prominent in China. Based on the analysis of current financing situation of High-Tech enterprises and research actualities of supply chain, this paper made studies on the financing modes by using the theories and methods of systematic analysis. This study provides scientific basis and references for accelerating supply chain financing of High-tech enterprises in China.
