Aiming at the Android system, the mobile terminal operating system with the largest share today, this paper proposes a widget intention analysis method to solve the problem of how to judge the user's operation intention in privacy protection. This intention analysis method uses MobilenetV3 to extract image information, BiLSTM to extract text information, then constructs joint features together, and uses deep learning technology to realize intention analysis of widgets. To overcome the issues mentioned above, a data augmentation strategy based on generative adversarial networks (GANs) is adopted to improve the performance of data-driven multiobjective particle swarm optimization (DDMOPSO). Besides the fitting information of the original data, the distribution information is also considered to create synthetic data. The synthetic data is utilized to increase the accuracy of surrogate models. Therefore, a novel offline data-driven multiobjective particle swarm optimization based on data augmentation strategy (DDMOPSO-A) is proposed in this paper. We propose a phase retrieval algorithm based on median Smooth Amplitude Flow (median-SAF), which adopts the median orthogonality-promoting initialization method to generate a reasonable initial estimate, and then iteratively update using the median smooth amplitude flow to ensure convergence to the global optimal solution. In the iterative step, we use the amplitude loss function to reduce the number of measurements and introduce the sample median in gradient descent to handle the outliers. We will propose a new unified algorithm framework that can train these two tasks at the same time. First, we will build a joint model for these two tasks based on the basic framework of MASK-RCNN; In addition, we will propose a new lightweight attention mechanism module LAM, which reduces the amount of parameters and calculations more than ten times compared with the GCE module in Parsing-RCNN; We combine LAM and the improved dense semantic analysis module based on DenseASPP to form deep and dense feature information. The extraction module LADCEM is lighter than the GCE module, but can bring more accuracy improvements; Then we will use anchor freed FCOS of one-stage which is full convolution detection module for the first time to replace the two-stage anchor based RPN, which can significantly improve the accuracy of human detection, both subtasks are greatly improved. The industry introduces solutions of using IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack connection or NAT to mitigate the saturation. Nevertheless, these resolutions either create security issues or compromise the end-to-end communication ability. Our paper conducts research on end-to-end communication under NAT based on the MQTT protocol by subscribing and publishing messages to a particular topic. We propose a network architecture that utilizes a broker to relay the client's and the server's message, design the software implementation, and attach a sequence number into the payload of messages to resolve the shifting in MQTT's asynchronous transmission. We also evaluate the MQTT protocol's performance in variant QoS settings compared with widely used HTTP and analyze the network traffic using Wireshark, demonstrating that MQTT outperforms HTTP in 4G cellular networks.
