Sebagai upaya alternatif, banyak lembaga pendidikan yang mengembangkan protokol belajar mengajar secara online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan oleh tebaga pendidik dalam mengoptimalkan mutu pendidikan anak usia dini di masa pandemic agar anak tetap memperoleh kualitas pendidikan yang baik dengan situasi belajar yang menyenangkan. Peneliti menggukan metode studi literatur dengan cara mengumpulkan literature bahan-bahan materi yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya yang berkaitan dengan strategi dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini. Selama masa lockdown, proses penugasan, kegiatan Home Visit, dan juga laporan kegiatan harian anak menjadi solusi penting dalam pelaksanaan proses kegiatan belajar anak selama pandemi covid-19. Hal ini bertujuan agar semua aspek perkembangan anak dapat berkembang dengan baik sesuai dengan capaian perkembangan anak. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The subjectsin this study were micro entrepreneurs in Blitar District. Data collection method is done by using the interviewmethod. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. Based on research results. SubjectI is optimistic and has the confidence to overcome the problems of his business amid the COVID-19 pandemic.In addition, subject I has a lot of innovations or ideas that are applied so that the business can continue tosurvive in the midst of a pandemic. Factors influencing the self-efficacy of subject I are environmental support,past experience, physiological and psychological factors, motivation, and gratitude to God. In subject II did nothave a sense of confidence and tended to be pessimistic in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, Subject II feltthat he had no idea and a way out to continue his business in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic, the factorsaffecting subject II's self-efficacy were almost the same as subject I namely environmental support, pastexperience, physiological and psychological factors, motivation, and gratitude to God. This research used qualitative method. The subject in this study is wereemployees who has suffered a termination of employment by the company where they work in Sidoarjo. The datacollection techniques used in this study were through in-depth interviews with the topic of the employee's resilienceform post-termination work relationships in the Covid-19 pandemic, and the data analysis techniques in this studyusing case study approaches. The result of this study is (1) the subject is capable of overcoming pressure with anoptimistic attitude, (2) The subject can recover the situation so that the relationship with the closest person wellestablished,(3) The subject has good desire control so that it can withstand their current conditions without affecting theemotional condition. This resource management covers human resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as the budget given to prepare and carry out the operations of the 2015 Seagull Police Operations. This is so that the implementation of the tasks of members is ready and reduces the risks and obstacles that occur. In human resources, the goal to be achieved is how to prepare qualified and healthy personnel, while the facilities and infrastructure as a tool to support how the implementation of tasks can run well because of the support of equipment and equipment that can facilitate members in achieving organizational goals. While the budget is a fund that is used to meet the needs in economic aspects as well as to provide goods by buying the goods needed. This study uses a qualitative method because according to the author this method is most appropriate for finding the facts in the field and for exploring more about the results obtained from the facts in the field. The subjects of this study were all members of Pamen, Pama, Bintara and Tamtama who were members of the 2015 Seagull Operation in Poso, Central Sulawesi. Data collection techniques used by the author include interviews, document completions and documentation in the process before, during and after carrying out the task. The results of research in human resources there are still personnel who do not comply with the guidelines or criteria needed by members so that there are still constraints in human resources, in facilities and infrastructure there are obstacles regarding accommodation, equipment and equipment that are not available up to the facilities and infrastructure that are needed it is not in accordance with its function, whereas in the budget the lack of or slow budget given and the source of the budget that is not appropriate is ineffective in the sub-section of the budget in the 2015 Seagull Operations by the Special Pioneer Group III Pioneer Company. Sejak Indonesia merdeka hingga saat ini sudah ada 8 (delapan) Undang-Undang yang mengatur tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, mulai dari UU No. 1/1945, UU No. 22/1948, UU No. 1/1957, UU No. 18/1965, UU No. 5/1974, UU No. 22/1999, UU No. 32/2004, dan terakhir UU No. 23/2014. Masing-masing UU tersebut memiliki politik hukumnya sendiri yang kemudian berimplikasi pada adanya perbedaan fungsi Gubernur dalam penyelenggaraan sistem pemerintahan di Indonesia. Ada 2 (dua) fungsi dasar yang melekat pada Gubernur. Pertama, yaitu fungsi desentralisasi. Dalam kaitannya dengan fungsi ini, Gubernur berkedudukan sebagai Kepala Daerah Otonom, yang memiliki kewenangan untuk menjalankan urusan rumah tangga daerah dengan sumber pendanaan APBD. Kedua, yaitu fungsi dekonsentrasi. In the fiscal year 2015, from total asset amount of Rp 2,048.88 trillion, the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia found some problems on the audit of the local government financial report that 1,010 issues were related to asset registration. There were also 48 problems related to unknown assets and potential losses of Rp 289,281.23 million. This paper aims to develop municipal asset management framework by focusing on asset inventory system through the application of information technology. A case study is presented based on the findings of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia. The result is a practical asset inventory system framework to improve current asset inventory performance. The use of information technology can support the improvement of municipal asset management. But the tools are not enough without collaboration with employees. Water needs for the Gresik Regency community in 2018 have only been served by PDAM Giri Tirta in Gresik Regency totaling 11 Districts out of a total of 18 Districts in Gresik Regency. The fulfillment of the right to clean water for the people of Gresik Regency must always be pursued in line with the increase in population and development of industrial areas. However, related to the completion of clean water for the community, the need for investment funds is not small for the construction of SPAM supporting infrastructure. Related to what is stated in article 2 paragraph (1) of the Covenant on Ecosob rights. The policy of fulfilling the right to clean water for the people of Gresik Regency is implemented by increasing production capacity.
