As a major resource for the modern world, English is not only the universal language of the current era but it is the dominant language in every country in the world [1]. Considering the great ethnic and linguistic diversity of the nation, English is used not only for communication purposes but also for coordination purposes between states and within states as the country is characterized by a large ethnic and linguistic diversity. Although modern technology has played an important role in teaching and learning the language in schools and colleges in particular in small towns, it is inadequate and unproductive in the case of small towns and rural areas [2]. \u0000During the course of becoming an effective teacher, teachers are encouraged to practice a “reflective mind” so that they can gain insight into what is happening in the classroom and learn what works and doesn't work [1][3]. The global economy and the competitive market of English education will present many challenges for teachers, especially English language teachers, primarily because of the competitive nature of English education as a profession, but also because of the demanding nature of a teaching career [2]. The purpose of this study was to identify the issues and challenges encountered by fifteen teacher-trainees during their teaching practicum, as well as to examine the factors that assisted in the identification of those issues and challenges. It was identified that narrative inquiry was the best method to identify challenges and issues experienced in their teaching practice. \u0000It was found that students struggle with listening to and understanding English. The reason for this is unclear. How can these problems be alleviated? We are discussing the influence of rural pockets of India on second language acquisition, as well as the factors that slow its acquisition. These problems can be rectified successfully through appropriate and adequate remedial measures.","PeriodicalId":421022,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering and Management Research","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125150740","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In a DC stand-alone photovoltaic system, the boost converter is the most used. A regulator named maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) is inserted to control the ON/OFF states. Incremental conductance (In-Cond) is widely used to extract the maximum power point (MPP) from the Photovoltaic panel. It presents more efficiency and reliability compared to the conventional perturb and observes (P&O) technique. However, it presents power loss during the variations appearing during changes in weather conditions, due to the use of fixed step size. Accordingly, the present paper proposes a Multi-step size In-Cond to adapt the PV system to any change of the applied irradiance and to overcome the drawbacks of the existing In-Cond. Indeed, the present contributions introduced two-steps sizes instead of one. The principle is to design a step size value when approaching the MPP and a large value when the operating point is far from the MPP. Simulations and comparisons through MATLAB/Simulink under various applied conditions show that the proposed technique outperforms the conventional Inc-Cond in terms of convergence speed, response time, stability, and performance.","PeriodicalId":421022,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering and Management Research","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116278479","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main purpose of this technology is to control the household equipment’s like, door, fan, AC, light etc. automatically. This research work has concentrated information on Home Automation and Security System using Arduino, GSM and how we can control home appliances using Android Application. Whenever a person will enter into the house then the count of the number of persons entering in the house will be incremented, in Home Automation mode appliances will be turned on whereas in security light will be turned on along with the alarm. The count of the number of persons entering the house is also outputted on the LCD screen. In Home Automation mode when the room will become empty i.e. the count of persons reduces to zero then the appliances will be turned off making the system power efficient. The owner can control his home appliances by using an android application present in his mobile phone which will reduce the human stress. At the same time if anyone enters while security mode is on a SMS will be sent to house owner’s mobile phone which will indicate the presence of a person inside the house. The alarm can be turned off using SMS or Android application.","PeriodicalId":421022,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering and Management Research","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122701162","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
