The Circles of Anima are the rituals that are performed to help beings in transit, that is, the souls that after death have not ascended to the light . The theoretical approach is that of anthropology and, more specifically, the anthropology of religion and death. The observation and, especially, the participant observation in these Circles has been the main methodology along with the review of the multiple virtual channels of information and dissemination of the Anima Network. This research aimed to characterize the way (semantics, organizations) in which neuroscientific communications address religious phenomena, the way in which they are being incorporated into Christian religious communications in some countries of Europe and America, including Chile, and their consequences for the process of self -secularization of religion. The stage in Chile consisted of detecting resonances by the representatives of Christian churches to the communications studied in foreign contexts. Social scientists have begun to associate cultural diversity with modernity, predicting it as an inescapable and perennial condition of modern societies that has effects on and that is affected by religious phenomena. However, few systematic and in-depth empirical researches have been made to assess these assertions. Thus, our paper puts forward the formulation of a diversity index (independent variable) based on four dimensions - linguistic, ethnic, religious, and birthplace - that is correlated with a (dependent) variable of individual religiosity. El objetivo del artículo consiste en analizar las representaciones de pastores y líderes evangélicos, en torno a las tareas que involucra su actividad cotidiana en iglesias de pequeña y mediana escala de la Argentina. El trabajo explora analíticamente tres dimensiones dominantes en el ejercicio del liderazgo pastoral: (a) los modos de acceso a posiciones de jerarquía y sus estrategias de profesionalización (b) la construcción de las iglesias como unidades religiosas-familiares y (c) las relaciones que se establecen con los miembros de la sociedad civil. Today, the presence of the Catholic and evangelical churches is a reality in almost the entire country. Although there are enthusiastic voices that argue that religiosity would provide a series of positive elements for social reinsertion, there are other more critical voices that are skeptical of its nature and effects, calling into question any positive effect it might have on reintegration. Guanajuato is a state situated in the center west of Mexico, characterized by a strong catholic conservatism, in which protestant groups have had to adapt their evangelizing ways. Such is the case of Methodist women, who carry out a “leadership in movement”, since, regardless of the place they occupy in the ecclesiastic hierarchy, they transcend the norms and the religious discourse on what the feminine “should be”, establishing evangelization strategies linked to the management of their emotions, through which they show the inequalities that they experience, both inside and outside their church. Spatial mobility was important in order to understand their participation, so it was necessary to resort to a methodology that would allow me to account for the scope of the female Methodist activity, such as multisited ethnography.
