The study was anchored on the Assimilation Contrast Theory and employed a descriptive research design. Primary data was collected using a structured self-administered questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics where the mean and standard deviation were determined. Data were analyzed in two levels, the customer level, and the entity level. The study employed the linear mixed effect models of structural equation modeling (SEM) considering the multi-level structure of the data collected. Results were presented in form of tables and path diagrams for the structural equation models. Service reliability was found to have a statistically significant influence on customer satisfaction (? =0.840, p-value= 0.027). The study found that there was a variation of levels of customer satisfaction across entities but this was not attributed to service reliability. Followed by the increasing level of the technology application in various activities, not a few people become victims or perpetrators of a personal data breach in the cyber world. Thus, it is necessary to implement digital right management (DRM) by the manager of electronic systems, the Government and rights holders in the cyber world in computer systems. The Indonesian government has validated the rules that accommodate the protection of the personal data of each citizen in cyberspace, namely, Act number 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information, Act Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Act Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Number 20 of 2016 concerning Protection of Personal Data in Electronic Systems and Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019 concerning One Data Indonesia. Organizations are led to raise people’s emotions to increase their intention to make donations. This study aims to examine the effect of emotional marketing on donation intention through social media platforms and people’s willingness to use technology (UTAUT). This is explanatory research was conducted through a survey on 365 respondents of Malang city who had seen a crowdfunding commercial of Kitabisa.com. The structural equation analysis has led to findings that emotional marketing significantly influences people’s donation intention, implying that the commercial is able to affect people’s emotion into empathy and willingness to make donations through the charity campaign. Furthermore, this study also finds that UTAUT has a significant effect on the intention. The data is collected using a questionnaire with a number sample of 44 respondents which is then analyzed using SmartPLS software. The study design used was cross-sectional descriptive utilizing the mixed approach. The target that served as the study population, was General Managers of all the 4-star hotels in Kenya. Primary data was collected by the use of a self-administered semi-structured questionnaire and secondary data from hotel records, journals, and government publications. Data analysis involved qualitative and quantitative techniques, analyses of variance (ANOVA), and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) which tested the hypothesized relationship in this study. Statistical software such as Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 21, MS-Excel for Windows 8, Analysis of Moment Structures version 17, and SmartPLS version 2.0 was used for analysis. The theoretical models and hypotheses were tested based on empirical data gathered from 43 General Managers. The study findings indicate that corporate reputation positively and significantly influences performance (C.R = 5.907 at 5% ?-level) and service innovation moderates (R2 change = 0.054) the relationship between corporate reputation and performance. The study results are meant to benefit hotel industry policymakers, academicians, and other opportunistic entrepreneurs. The research finds that financial depth has a negative impact on real GDP growth within middle-income countries. This result is robust to the use of alternative measures of financial depth, the use of per capita GDP growth as a proxy for economic growth, the inclusion of dummy variables to control for the 2007–2010 global financial crisis, the exclusion of countries with high average growth as well as across income levels. The study used the census method for the 33 members of the tendering committee in the county government of Embu. The study adopted a census because the population was small. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data needed in the study. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze quantitative data. Quantitative responses based on the Likert scale were coded in the computer using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. Processed data were summarized in tables and then presented using simple frequencies and percentages. The study established that records management affected the tendering process. The study also revealed that the tendering process in the public sector is statistically significantly (P = 0.000) affected by records management. The study aims to identify the extent to which EEPs in Indonesia was developed and propose several alternative schemes. The research uses the methodology of traditional narrative literature review and interviews with young entrepreneurs as the output of the EEPs higher education program in Indonesia. The analysis technique is done with an interactive model with steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions.  The literature study is intended for the latest research information that evaluates the effect of EEPs on the formation of EM and the formation of new entrepreneurs. Furthermore, the information is verified by the results of the interview data processing. Entrepreneurship education for multidisciplinary students, business incubators, funding provision, and program sustainability studies is the result of research as a proposal for the development of higher education EEPs. Logistics service quality LSQ was integrated into the step-by-step purchasing process including pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase factors. This research is unique from existing research work as it validated a holistic model by examining the role of customer’s perception of LSQ in strengthening their RQ and subsequent purchase intentions in the e-retail logistics sector of Pakistan and draw important suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of logistics services of domestic e-retail logistic firms. A survey strategy using self-administered questionnaires was employed from customers of departmental stores, large discount stores, shopping malls & retail outlets. A total of n=241 based on a cluster of conventional retail consumers across Pakistan was drawn.
