This qualitative research applied a case study approach, and the data analysis used descriptive analytics. The subjects in this study were the leaders of the boarding school, 2 dormitory supervisors, and 2 students who were members of OSANTRAS. The data collection process was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that organizational communication at the Raudhatus Salaam Islamic Boarding School has been going well, as indicated by the leaders who establish communication with all stakeholders in the Islamic boarding school, be it teachers, employees, supervisors, and students. From a psychospiritual perspective, congregational prayer can be therapeutical in the modern era. Anxiety is a human adaptation response to any imminent or uncertain event that can occur in daily life situations. During the preparation for the thesis, most university students experienced several symptoms of anxiety (physical, cognitive, emotional, and affective symptoms). These symptoms can affect the students' cognitive ability, intelligence, family demands on campus, and social interactions. This study aimed to describe efforts to overcome academic anxiety among university students through psychospiritual and psychoneuroimmunological points of view. The study used a library research approach by gathering credible sources from books, scientific articles, documents, and previous research. The findings of this study showed that congregational prayers can be an effort to relieve academic anxiety among students.","PeriodicalId":419867,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Islamic Communication and Counseling","volume":"32 47","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139382558","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For many people, character education is applied in the family, school, and community environment as an effort to instill positive character values in children, one of which is social care. This positive character emphasizes sympathy and empathy for those who need help. Instilling social care can be carried out by parents, teachers, and the community. Consequently, children interact daily with their peers as individuals and social beings. Children's interaction behavior is also influenced by the emotional and cognitive aspects that influence social care behavior in the form of attitudes and speech. Various symptoms in interacting with peers give rise to feelings of sympathy or antipathy towards appropriate and inappropriate behavior in the environment where children interact with peers, especially in the school environment. This study aims to describe the results of character analysis of social care behavior through descriptive qualitative methods with students at Panyileukan Elementary School, Kacapiring Elementary School, and Bhakti Nusantara Elementary School in Bandung. Forms of social care for children appear in the form of words, attitudes, and actions. Social concern in the form of greetings: asking about the condition/condition of friends, comforting friends who are feeling sad or in trouble, providing moral support to friends who are facing problems, and reprimanding/advising friends when friends make mistakes. Students' social concern is in the form of not being able to stay silent and not being able to accept a symptom that appears not in accordance with human and social norms. Actions carried out by students as a form of social care are providing assistance, protection, and mediating in times of conflict.","PeriodicalId":419867,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Islamic Communication and Counseling","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115718508","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The development required a public participatory process so that the development comes can run effectively and efficiently, especially development based on an ecological perspective. Indonesia, with the largest Muslim population in the world, has the potential to support a development process based on an environmental perspective. Islam, by the Al-Qur’an as the base of guiding, contains ecological values that need to be transformed for Muslims. The process of transforming the values of Islamic guidance, or da’wa, allows for the transformation of Islamic values, especially ecological values, which are then referred to as ecological da’wa. In ecological da’wa, the process and end goal can be an alternative development communication to create a sustainable living environment and make the community achieve sustainable and harmonious prosperity and welfare.","PeriodicalId":419867,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Islamic Communication and Counseling","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125454636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
