Fase I: visibilizando la diversidad funcional de las personas y su vinculacion con los estudios de ingenieria» constituye un primer paso en la incorporacion del «Diseno para todos» en el curriculo universitario de Ingenieria. En primera instancia se pretende visibilizar la realidad de la diversidad en el ambito de los estudios de ingenieria, fomentando asi la sensibilizacion y el interes hacia esta realidad que puede convertirse en el desencadenante en los estudiantes de procesos innovadores de conceptualizacion del propio aprendizaje y la posterior practica profesional. Este preliminar acercamiento de los estudiantes de Ingenieria de la ULL a la estrecha vinculacion que existe entre su disciplina y la atencion a las personas con discapacidad permite aportar la perspectiva socio-economica de la atencion a la diversidad, como medio para la integracion social y laboral de las personas con diversidad funcional. Asimismo, se pretende que los futuros ingenieros exploren la potencialidad de esta tematica como futura especializacion profesional circunscrita a un nicho de mercado creciente. EnglishThe Educational Innovation Project of the ULL entitled «Design for All People in engineering teaching. Phase I: visualizing the functional diversity of people and their link with engineering studies is a first step in the incorporation of «Design for all (DfA) in the university engineering curriculum. The main prupose is to make visible the diversity in the field of engineering studies, thus promoting awareness and interest in this reality that can become the trigger in the students of innovative processes of conceptualization of their own learning and subsequent professional practice. This preliminary approach to the close link that exists between engineering studies and care for people with disabilities allows students to contribute to the socio-economic perspective of attention to diversity, as a means to social and labor integration of people. with functional diversity. La experiencia revela el rol que ejercen los estudiantes de periodismo para con la sociedad y el aporte que pueden realizar con el aprovechamiento de los recursos tecnologicos mientras estan inmersos en la formacion academica. Este proyecto se ejecuto de forma transversal a los contenidos teoricos, practicos y deontologicos desarrollados a lo largo del segundo cuatrimestre del curso 2015/2016. La experiencia contempla, por una parte, ensenanza sobre como mirar para realizar imagenes propias, testimoniales, y como hacer la edicion digital, como parte del aprendizaje del saber hacer. El resultado es una experiencia pedagogica diferente: una publicacion colectiva que conto con la participacion de todo el grupo y ha dado como resultado una muestra de ensayos visuales que reflexionan sobre el poder que tiene la imagen, mas alla de informar, completar e ilustrar la realidad, como relatos ensayisticos propios. La publicacion del libro digital conjunto persigue trabajar no solo las competencias generales y especificas de la materia, sino tambien las de caracter transversal entre las que se destacan la mirada critica y reflexiva para que se contribuya a un desarrollo social y comunitario mas justo. Si eso es necesario en todo el alumnado universitario lo es mas en los de Periodismo, por el compromiso social indiscutible que tienen para el ejercicio de la profesion. EnglishThis chapter explores the results obtained by a specific pedagogical experience developed during the third course of Journalism studies, within the framework of the optional subject The Image in Journalism. The experience reveals the role that students of journalism play in society and the contribution that they can make by using technological resources while they studing. This project has been transversaly settled meanwhile the theoretical, practical and deontological contents were developed during the second semester of 2015/2016 academic year. The experience includes, on one hand, teaching how and what to look when filming and geting testimonials, and how to do digital edition, both as part of know-how learnings. The result is a different pedagogical experience: a collective book that includes the participation of the whole group of students and the result is a sample of visual essays that reflect on the power that the image has as an own essay stories, beyond informing, completing and illustrating reality. The publication of this colaborative digital book aims to work not only the general and specific competences of the subject, but also those of a transversal nature, among the critical and reflexive gaze is highlighted so that it contributes to a more just social community development.
