The every resonator consists of the piezoelectric transducer based on aluminum nitride layer with thin-film aluminum electrodes. The Bragg reflector is total for the filter and is made of five pairs of molybdenum and aluminum layers. The results of modeling the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the stacked crystal filter based on BAW resonators having different electrode areas are presented. It is shown that with increasing the area of the resonator electrodes by 4 times the relative bandwidth (at −3 dB level) of the filter decreases by 1.8 times. Filters with a center frequency of 2.77 GHz and an insertion loss of −3.1 dB have a relative bandwidth in the range of 0.3…0.54 %. Improved accessibility is achieved by reducing the likelihood of internal temporal collisions arising from the simultaneous radio emission of several radio transmitters (object blocks) of the RTNS.To prevent temporary collisions, we suggest that a temporary scan of the object transceivers of the RTNS should be formed in a special way allowing the neighboring objects located in the radio-visibility zone of each other enter the transmission mode sequentially. When forming time windows for the operation of an object transmitter, a technological pause is provided, after which a test requests is sent. An object radio transmitter does not send a test requests if another object unit starts transmitting an alarm or service notification to its time window. The adaptability of the algorithm means that the formation of a sequence of interrogation of object transceivers on the basis of connectivity matrices is formed by object blocks.Connectivity matrices are formed basing on the quality assessment for communication between object blocks, which corresponds to the binding to the topology of the placement of object blocks and the electromagnetic environment at the objects. A centrifugal pump is used to build up pressure in the supply line. Requirements for the automation level of pumping units are growing, so the research topic is relevant. The centrifugal pump electric drive consists of an electric power source, an electromechanical converter, an executive device and a technological object. The electromechanical converter is a double squirrel cage induction motor. The executive device is a centrifugal pump. Technological object is a pressure pipeline that operates on the network without back pressure. The liquid head observer structure is based on the Luenberger observer. The article describes the dynamic characteristics of the electric drive reference model and the liquid head observer. It results in a mass shutdown of consumers and leads to a violation of the technology of oil and associated petroleum gas production. In order to minimize losses in oil production, haphazard disconnection of oilfield consumers should be excluded. It is necessary to streamline the operation of emergency automation and systems based on digital technologies in electrical networks, as well as we need an integrated approach to justify the number and composition of disconnected consumers, which take into account the impact of the environment on the performance of equipment, technology, technical condition of technological and electrical equipment, the stability of the electrical system during a sharp reset and power set. Therefore, determining the order of disconnection of oilfield consumers in case of sudden shortages of active power is an urgent task. It allows to connect a three-phase induction motor to a single-phase electrical network and provide a three-phase symmetrical voltage on the stator winding. The parameters of elements included in the structure of the phase number converter are calculated. Authors have designed a simulation model using The Simulink Matlab software which describing the operation of the phase converter and confirming the theoretical conclusions. Calculation expressions are given for determining the parameters of the smoothing filter, which is included in the structure of the phase converter. Such noise occurs when reflected from the underlying surface and concentrated reflectors. In the stationary mode of operation of demodulators, it is convenient to consider the stationary (steady-state) variance value of the posterior error of demodulation of useful signals. The criterion of optimality is often the maximum posterior density of the probability distribution. Expressions are obtained that determine the algorithm for the formation of an optimal estimate of the information process and the evolution of a posteriori dispersion, as well as stationary dispersion for cases of additive noise. Coefficients of envelope suppression (amplitude) and phase of additive non-Gaussian interference with band spectrum are introduced, in which components of Fischer information matrix are used. These coefficients allow us to take into account the difference between the density of the distribution of the probability of the envelope transition (amplitude) and the phase of band-pass noise from Gaussian. Quantitative estimation of influence of value of suppression coefficients on accuracy of signal demodulation is obtained. It has been shown that the stationary posteriori dispersion depends substantially on both the values of the generalized signal-to-interference ratio and the correlation coefficient of the demodulated process. The particular features of this problem are the sequence dependent setup times, the complex set of inclusion, exclusion, and accessibility constrains, and the possibility to install parallel machines. This makes the problem especially difficult to solve but interesting for the theoretical and applied research. A simple but effective genetic algorithm is proposed for solving this problem. Its main underlying ideas are the fine tuned penalty function and a greedy repair operator.
