As a sensor, the accuracy of the measurement results is directly related to the performance of the sensor. One of the most important performance indicators is the sensitivity of the sensor. In this study, the ultrasonic power response sensitivity of the PVDF pyroelectric sensor was defined. To study the sensitivity of the sensor, the finite element method based on the physical model of the PVDF pyroelectric sensor was used to analyze the relationship between the amplitude of output pyroelectric voltage and the acoustic power. Besides that, a large size PVDF pyroelectric sensor was used for the detection of the different acoustic power. Finally, the measurement and simulation results were compared. It is found that the amplitude of output pyroelectric voltage is basically linear with the radiated acoustic power. According to the calculation, the theoretical value of the ultrasonic power response sensitivity is 0. 1606mV/W, the simulation value is 0.1608 mV/W, and the experimental value is 0.1414 mV/W. These three values are basically equal. The study shows that the ultrasonic power response sensitivity of the PVDF pyroelectric sensor is reasonable and feasible. It provides some help for the performance study of the PVDF pyroelectric sensor and indicates the potential to measure high-intensity acoustic power.","PeriodicalId":419168,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments (ICEMI)","volume":"147 Pt 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126311210","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since the reestablishment time of the laser inter-satellite link is relatively long, this paper envisages that multiple laser intersatellite links reestablish links at the same time when the network topology changes. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain certain performance during the change. The inter-satellite link of the navigation constellation needs to balance the communication and the inter-satellite orbit determination performance. This paper proposes the link transmission cost based on the inter-satellite link distance and the amount of data transmitted on the link to measure the communication performance of the inter-satellite link, and the position dilution of precision to measure the performance of the orbit determination. In this paper, a multi-objective optimization model is established, aiming to improve the performance of the communication and inter-satellite orbit determination. The model used genetic algorithm to solve the problem. The simulation results have shown that the inter-satellite link network topology witnessed an obvious improvement in both the communication performance and the orbit determination performance, and has good communication performance when network changes.","PeriodicalId":419168,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments (ICEMI)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127801381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to the liquid helium shortage, the cost of operating liquid helium based Josephson voltage standards rises year by year. Therefore there is an increasing need for a compact cryocoooled Josephson voltage standard which has no need of liquid helium. This paper presents a domestic liquid-helium-free dc programmable Josephson voltage standard (PJVS) operating on a cryocooler at 4K or 10 K. In this work, the performance of a NIST-fabricated two volt Josephson junction array (JJA) and a NMIJ-fabricated two volt JJA operating in a cryopackage around the Gifford-McMahon (GM) cryocooler is presented. The JJA chip has been shown to operate successfully with the domestic cryopakage. Stable quantum steps with operating margin greater than 1.4 mA was obtained. Differences in behavior of the NIST-fabricated JJA in liquid helium and on the cryocooler are also discussed.","PeriodicalId":419168,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments (ICEMI)","volume":"132 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127369346","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The bearing is one of the important parts of the traction motor fan, which is of great significance for the bearing life prediction. In this paper, the multi-body dynamics simulation analysis method was proposed. According to the actual working condition of the traction motor fan of the EMU, the mechanical model of the traction motor fan was established. The rigid-flexible multi-body dynamics simulation analysis of the traction motor fan bearing was completed by RecurDyn software. Separately describe the working principle of two demodulation methods, based on which the corresponding circuits were designed; experiments and simulation studies were carried out. The research results show that both methods can realize the function of converting the even harmonic signals characterizing the measured DC current to the corresponding DC voltage. The important advantage of peak difference demodulation is that it can demodulate all even harmonic signals. A high detection gain will be obtained accordingly, which is favorable to increase sensitivity. But the ripple of secondary current is large. Narrow band characteristics of phase sensitive demodulation are beneficial for reducing the system noise level; the ripple of secondary current is very small. As only second harmonic is demodulated, it is necessary to satisfy the best condition to achieve high sensitivity.","PeriodicalId":419168,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments (ICEMI)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133789961","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The half-value layer is one of the important parameter characteristics describing the radiation quality. Therefore, measuring the half-value layer plays an important role in the establishment of the radiation quality. The corresponding specification is not given in the additional filter ISO with a tube voltage greater than 300 kV. The method for determining the additional filter thickness used for the tube voltage greater than 300 kV is to linearly fit the relationship between the tube voltage and the additional filter in ISO, and then calculate the thickness value of the additional filter after 300 kV according to the fitted formula. After determining the thickness value, the corresponding energy spectrum is simulated by Monte Carlo simulation. The energy spectrum simulated by Monte Carlo is compared with the theoretical energy spectrum given in ISO-4037. The results show that the average energy and simulation of N250ISO are obtained. The average energy relative deviation is 0.38%, and the N300 average energy relative deviation is 0.35%. The average energy is within 5% in accordance with ISO specifications. By analyzing these characteristics, the state of circuit breaker can be evaluated reasonably. However, unbalanced class data, large data volume, and poor classification efficacy are the problems that conventional classification methods must face to. This paper presents a distributed ensemble back propagation neural network (DE-BPNN) method to evaluate circuit breaker state based on coil current characteristics. Firstly, the coil current data are de-noised by wavelet packet with db5 and 9 characteristic parameters are extracted. In order to deal with imbalanced class data, the SMOTE method is adopted to ensure that training samples are the same volume. And it also provides a differential sample extraction method to segment training samples. Then, by building multiple differentiated subset BPNN, the voting strategy is used to generate the final results. Finally, DE-BPNN algorithm is deployed on the distributed large data computing platform Spark to reduce the computation time. Two classification algorithms such as K-means and standalone BPNN are used to compare classification accuracy and efficiency with DE-BPNN. The experimental results show that DE-BPNN has high classification accuracy with the unbalanced training data volume. In addition, the computation time of DE-BPNN keeps stable with the increase of data quantity.","PeriodicalId":419168,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments (ICEMI)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131551056","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
