Wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) technique can be used to increase the data rates and capacity of RoFSO networks. In this paper, WDM based RoFSO network is studied for a distance of 2 Km on various channel spacing like 25 GHz, 50 GHz and 75 GHz at a data rates of 4Gbps. It is reported that various channel spacing offers bit error rate (BER) in the range of $mathbf{10}^{-mathbf{17}}$ to $mathbf{10}^{-mathbf{3}}$ for a distance of 1Km to 2 Km. The FSO network with 75 GHz channel spacing produces output with approximately 4dBmhigher power compared to 25 GHz channel spacing. As the Beam divergence is decreased, the RoFSO network performance advances and covers the larger distance. Eye diagrams are also analyzed which shows that higher is the channel spacing lesser is the BER.","PeriodicalId":419157,"journal":{"name":"2019 Third International Conference on Inventive Systems and Control (ICISC)","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126316660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Asia, being the largest continent in the world, however has not been able to penetrate to the widest depth into the sea of telecommunications. Moreover, some of the SAARC countries are at the lowest level in the scale. Keeping this into consideration, this paper just tries to bring out the miniature reasons for some of these countries to lag along with the so far development in GSM technology that has taken place in these 8 SAARC countries. This paper covers the up to date information about the GSM technology since the day of its birth in the SAARC countries which are: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Moreover, this paper has also tried to address the so far challenges being faced in the sector of GSM technology development in these countries along with the prominent steps that were wisely taken to eliminate them. Ultimately, this paper covers the so far development till 4G networking in the SAARC countries in various sectors such as military and medicine.","PeriodicalId":419157,"journal":{"name":"2019 Third International Conference on Inventive Systems and Control (ICISC)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133402205","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As such, bifurcating genuine and noteworthy data from such a colossal size of information has turned into a dull issue. As of late, text summarization is viewed as one of the answers for ousting material data from multiple documents. In recent time, the method which proved to be most accurate for text summarization is Natural Language Processing. Content summary is a method of making an outline by diminishing the range of interesting report and relating basic information of extraordinary record. There is a huge rise in data augmentation on Internet. It increases the need of a highly optimise summary in less time. The system of efficient multi document summary generation can be a best achieving this goal. In this paper a survey on various approaches of summarization presented by the researcher is been discussed and studied.","PeriodicalId":419157,"journal":{"name":"2019 Third International Conference on Inventive Systems and Control (ICISC)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126096470","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Segmentation is an important prerequisite to semantic image analysis. Segmentation in general is useful in many different applications such as object and face detection and recognition. Particularly in medical image analysis segmentation plays a vital role in efficient processing of images. Segmentation is used to determine the volume of mass, planning of radiotherapy, and detection of artifacts in various organs. In lung cancer diagnosis, segmentation of lungs is the crucial step. Segmenting lungs from nearby structures significantly reduce the execution time of nodule detection and helps improve its efficiency. Lung segmentation is challenging and difficult task considering the heterogeneous nature of lung fields, closeness in gray level of different soft tissues, anatomical variability, and differences in scanners and scanning protocols and dose of radiation. Various automatic and semi-automatic approaches are presented for lung or nodule segmentation. The proposed study is a review of numerous techniques for lung segmentation. The present work investigated lung segmentation methods starting with conventional methods to machine learning techniques and finally the most remarkable methods of deep learning.","PeriodicalId":419157,"journal":{"name":"2019 Third International Conference on Inventive Systems and Control (ICISC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130224689","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It can be collected via special cameras or sensors in the satellite or aircraft or weather balloons. Each remote sensing images has multiple spectral bands. The remote sensing images analysis is used by multiple applications like metrological prediction, Land Cover and Land Usage prediction (LCLU), vegetation change detection. Missing image in the remote sensing time series produces a lot of glitches, causing serious upshot in the multi-temporal analysis, when the images at various time stamps are missing over a period of time. The existing work reconstructs missing image in remote sensing time series via spatial and temporal data. The proposed method Tensor-Deep Stacking Network Spatial-Temporal-Spectral (TDSN-STS) helps to reconstructs the missing image in remote sensing time series using spatial, temporal and spectral data. Thus the accuracy of the reconstructed image in TDSN-STS was increased substantially compared to the existing work.","PeriodicalId":419157,"journal":{"name":"2019 Third International Conference on Inventive Systems and Control (ICISC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128652926","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Different clock technologies are used in satellites and in satellite navigation ground stations. The improvised clock technologies help in acquiring the position and timing with greater accuracy. To ensure the timing capabilities and position accuracy, the analysis of atomic clock performances is essential. The fundamental SI unit of time namely one Second or Second is derived from the caesium clock and hence caesium clocks serve as the primary frequency standards. caesium clocks are used in Satellite Navigation systems to obtain the accuracy and long term stability. In this work results of long term monitoring of caesium clock parameters during a clock failure conditions are presented and a new method is proposed for monitoring caesium frequency standard. The clock jumps may not be detected only by observing health parameters, hence in this paper a method is proposed for clock jump detection. The proposed method helps to detect the jumps in the clock and also helps in preventive maintenance of caesium clocks including the future failure predictions and hence helps to avoid sudden operations failure in a mission critical operational network.","PeriodicalId":419157,"journal":{"name":"2019 Third International Conference on Inventive Systems and Control (ICISC)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122183564","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
