This study investigates how CSR activities – CSR activities concerning health and well-being of mothers and children – act as liaisons between business performance (brand attitude and loyalty) and social performance (children’s quality of life). A survey was conducted in Indonesia on 450 respondents–customers of firms in industries related to natural resources and in regards to children’s well-being. The data were considered via factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results show business, stakeholder, and moral motives. Brand attitude and loyalty can influence perceptions toward these motive. Further, these motives could increase or decrease social performance. Companies should consider the type of CSR activities to engage in because the activities can be perceived as being driven by different motives and have different impacts on social performance. This study is an empirical study conducted on 233 Indian manufacturing firms operating in the Karnataka region to investigate the role for HRM in business sustainability. The role for HRM in business sustainability is studied with the construct HRM strategic integration in business sustainability strategy. Further, this study focuses on the way HRM incorporates sustainability in its practices in the organization and its impact on the organizational performance. The data are analyzed using SEM, and the results revealed the significance of the relationship of the HRM strategic integration of sustainability strategy with the organizational performance. The organizational performance studied with respect to the three factors of business sustainability viz., profit, people, and planet. Further, these relationships are tested with contingency factors, age of the firm, and the number of employees for its significance in this relation. The empirical evidence of the study shows a significant positive relation of organizational performance when HRM has strategic integration in business sustainability strategy. Using robust ordinary leastnsquares methods, we find two important results. Structural dimension, which isnmeasured by Facebook friends owned by an entrepreneur, affects crowdfundingsuccess. The cognitive dimension, which is measured by the number of wordsthat are written by entrepreneurs in the platform, also affects crowdfundingopportunities in order to wage a successful campaign. Using logistic regressiontechnique, this study finds the same result, namely that the structural dimensionand cognitive dimension have a positive relationship to the performance ofcrowdfunding. From a logistic regression, we can conclude that the number ofFacebook friends and the amount of words to describe the project significantlypositively influence the chances of success of the project; the more the number offriends and the number of words on a project, the greater chance of a project toachieve success. To do this, we examine individual and contextual factors as mechanisms underlying how psychological ownership and perceived support influence employee voice behavior. Employing survey research of 210 employees from two big companies in Indonesia, analyses revealed that perceived supervisor support had direct and indirect effects on voice behavior, and job-based psychological ownership is a crucial mediator of the relationship between organization-based psychological ownership and perceived supervisor support on voice behavior. Path analysis offered further support for the complete model (χ = 4.25, df = 3, P-value = 0.235, RMSEA = 0.045). The present study contributes to current understanding by demonstrating that psychological ownership (i.e., an individual characteristic) and perceived supervisor support (i.e., a contextual characteristic) dynamically affect voice behavior. That could happen, as there are ever tighter and more numerous competitiveness levels in the banking sector, especially in the field of information technology (IT) and the support given by the top management. This study employs data from 33 banking companies listed on the ISE (Indonesian Stock Exchange) in 2013–2014. The testing was done on the elements of VAIC TM (VACA, VAHU, STVA), moderated by IT strategy integration (ITSI) and corporate governance (DK) using the measurement of financial performance (ROA). The findings obtained show that VAHU has a positive effect on financial performance. If the VAIC TM element were moderated by ITSI, then a well-integrated IT strategy would weaken the relationship between VACA and banking performance. Broadly speaking, the CG variables consist of ownership structure and management/control structure. The CSR disclosure variables consist of economic, environmental, social, human rights, societal, and product responsibility dimensions. The economic consequences variables consist of bid-ask spreads, trading volume, and share price volatility. The hypotheses are tested using a structural equation modeling analysis with 210 samples of listed firms on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014. The result of this study is as follows: (1) the effect of the proportion of board of directors from the board of commissioners and the audit committee on the CSR disclosure is positive and significant; (2) the effect of the proportion of independent commissioners and the audit committee from the board of commissioners, the audit committee, and the board of directors on CSR disclosure is positive and significant; and (3) the effect of CSR disclosure on trading volume is positive and significant. The main implication of this study is that CSR disclosure activities have a very important role in meeting stakeholders' interests and ensuring the sustainability of the company long-term. The methods of the research were descriptive statistics and SEM analysis.The majority of respondents (50%) farmed an average area of land less than0.5 hectares, 26% of respondents an average of 0.75-1 hectares and 24% ofrespondents an average of 0.5-0.75 hectares of land. Based on the status of landownership, nas many as 76% of nrespondents owned the property itself, 19% hada lleaser arrangement and 5% used state owned larablerland. A total of 27% ofthe farmers were interested in using DFS while 34% were not. The lack of interesetwas due to practical uses, enjoyment of cash and lack of knowledge. The reasonfor interest in DFS included practicality, speed, and security of use.
