Based on the known models of radio signal propagation, mathematical relationships are obtained to determine the boundaries of the electromagnetic accessibility of a radio emission source as part of a mobile radio communication channel on a topographic map of the area. This takes into account the sensitivity of the receiver, the power of the transmitter and the shape of the digitized radiation pattern of its antenna, the scale of the map, and the loss of transmitter power depending on the characteristics of the terrain. On the basis of a modified wave algorithm, a method is proposed for calculating the boundaries of the zone of electromagnetic accessibility of radio facilities of a radio communication channel on a topographic map of the area. The method is characterized by simplicity, high speed and reliability of calculations. Already known techniques for modeling the propagation of a radio signal can be easily integrated into the proposed algorithm. The shape of the electromagnetic accessibility zone is determined by the digitized radiation pattern of the transmitter antenna, obtained using special software. The size of the EMI zone depends on the power and frequency of the radio transmitter, the power loss for signal propagation, and the sensitivity of the radio signal receiver. A technique for computer analysis of the working conditions of the VHF/UHF radio channel has been developed and implemented in the program for the operational support of the operation of mobile radio communications used in tactical levels of command and control of units and subdivisions of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. Practical examples show the expediency of calculating the electromagnetic availability of radio facilities on a map of the area with a tactical situation in the tasks of assessing the performance of a mobile radio communication channel.","PeriodicalId":41825,"journal":{"name":"DOKLADY NATSIONALNOI AKADEMII NAUK BELARUSI","volume":"30 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.1,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88079855","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These features include the presence of \"structural\" friction, in its manifestations and the effect similar to \"dry\" friction. In some cases, this leads to the appearance of self-oscillations, which is undesirable. Therefore, the development of the theory and practice of numerical assessment of vehicle performance with the possibility of manifestation of self-oscillating properties is an urgent task. Obviously, in the framework of the methodology of applied optimal design of complex technical systems, it is necessary to have an adequate mathematical model of the object of study. An original mathematical model of free spatial vibrations of the sprung part of the transport machine (body) is proposed, which allows one to evaluate the influence of the features of the new vehicle suspension design. The new suspension is hydropneumatic, with a helical gear, with the presence of \"structural\" friction. Calculations carried out numerically using the original program confirmed the correspondence of the mathematical model to modern ideas about the theory and practice of work processes with free vibrations of complex technical systems. The motion parameters during the manifestation of self-oscillating properties and parametric vibrations of an object close in weight and size to the BTR70 and BTR80 are numerically estimated.","PeriodicalId":41825,"journal":{"name":"DOKLADY NATSIONALNOI AKADEMII NAUK BELARUSI","volume":"85 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.1,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84671739","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the areas of such development is the equipment of military personnel. Nowadays, much attention is paid to combat equipment in the armies of all countries of the world. According to the Concept for the Creation of a Combat Equipment Complex for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, combat equipment is a set of items that constitute the equipment of a serviceman during combat missions. A combat equipment complex is generally understood to mean the combat equipment of servicemen created to increase the effectiveness of their personal actions in combat (hostilities), as well as as part of a unit in the squad, platoon, company, and battalion. A modern combat equipment complex includes a large number of elements that are interconnected, and their interaction generates properties that are not inherent in its individual elements. Each element of this kit has its own weight, dimensions, and operational features, which together create a load on the serviceman, forming the distribution of mechanical forces and moments on the human body. Consequently, there is a contradiction between the growing capabilities provided by each element of the combat equipment complex for a soldier in combat and the limited physical capabilities of the soldier as a carrier of the equipment and its user. One of the ways to resolve this contradiction is to divide the elements of the combat equipment complex into echelons. Taking into account the differences in the content of tasks, duration of actions and conditions of their performance, it is important to create preconditions for achieving high efficiency of servicemen in the performance of each type of task. An important role in creating such prerequisites is played by the distribution of a set of items provided for by the supply standards by echelons. A rational distribution will allow a serviceman to carry those items that are necessary for life support during the performance of specific tasks, without overloading him with unnecessary (surplus) property. The task of echeloning the combat equipment complex of a serviceman of the NGU by elements of material and food supply can be formulated using a theoretical-multiple approach. In order to find effective solutions for the echeloning of items of clothing and food supply, it is necessary to identify and study the factors that affect the needs of a serviceman in combat equipment items for specific special (combat) tasks, to introduce appropriate indicators, selection criteria and quantitative restrictions imposed on the values of the echelons' parameters.","PeriodicalId":41825,"journal":{"name":"DOKLADY NATSIONALNOI AKADEMII NAUK BELARUSI","volume":"13 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.1,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90358641","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this regard, the breeding of animals of this breed, including the pedigree breeding and the creation of optimal conditions for directional rearing of young animals, is of great importance for the economy of the Republic of Belarus. Any breed is characterized by a distinctive quality, a certain structure, and specific morphological and economically useful traits. The goal of our work was to analyze the main economically useful traits of two new factory lines Bukem 66636657 and Blitz 17013604 of the Holstein breed of dairy cattle of domestic selection. To achieve this goal, we used the UE “GIVC Minselhozproda” information database of pedigree dairy cattle bred at basic farms. It has been established that cows of new factory lines are characterized by high milk productivity rates, good reproductive performance and sufficient development regardless of breed line. The effective use of animals of new factory lines will increase the genetic potential of milk productivity of herds, allowing for obtaining high-value young pedigree cattle of domestic origin.","PeriodicalId":41825,"journal":{"name":"DOKLADY NATSIONALNOI AKADEMII NAUK BELARUSI","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.1,"publicationDate":"2022-11-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48322933","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

All parental varieties and most of introgressive lines (77.3 %) had a non-functional allele. The genotypes with the functional NAM-B1 allele were characterized by a higher plant height and tillering, but by lower spike productivity compared to the non-functional allele genotypes. The presence of the functional NAM-B1 allele provided a high level of grain protein and zinc content and never decreased significantly a thousand-kernel weight across all studied environments.
