In recent years, reports on the fraud of basic medical security are often seen in the public media, and have attracted the attention of the academic circle. However, the research and analysis of basic medical insurance fraud is often one-sided or superficial. In order to effectively control health care fraud, insurance fraud behavior in this paper, for the first time the application of system engineering of Sun diagram to basic health care insurance fraud behavior, from behavior management system design theory of system engineering, using the doctor-patient collusion insurance fraud behavior punishment, for the reason of basic health care insurance fraud behavior person and system defect analysis, show the inhibition of contribution to the system of medical insurance fraud behavior, and finally, combining the experience in this field in our country, puts forward the corresponding control measures. This paper puts forward the following Suggestions: 1. A standardized legal punishment system should be formed to deal with insurance fraud in basic medical security; 2. Completely cut off the relationship between the amount of drugs and medical equipment sold by hospitals and doctors and their income in terms of system design; 3. Further clarify the coverage, fields and cost standards of basic medical insurance; 4. Improve the informatization degree of each link and process of basic medical security; 5. Strengthen the popularization and publicity of the correct use of basic medical security for the public.","PeriodicalId":417925,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 9th international conference on Management , Economics and Humanities","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132236061","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This potentially could have posed as a major challenge to major fast food retailers that ventured in the Indian market-space to experiment and establish their respective business mantras. But, despite being subjected to rapid changes in socio-economic demography of the country, the fast food industry could estimate and eventually exploited the underlying possibilities for accelerated growth and franchise development. This research revolves around the observations of a survey which was conducted to put specific focus on students of age group 18-22 block of the age group in the Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar regions of Gujarat, India. The survey witnessed 293 respondents answering the questionnaire. It entails the comparative analysis of consumer preference in two major international QSR (quick service restaurant) chains Subway and McDonald’s. Owing to the wide popularity and the fierce rivalry on the ground between McDonald's and Subway, the surveyee were receptive and responsive to the questions put forth. Cross-sectional Tabular Analysis was conducted to analyze the survey. Keeping in mind the dynamic preferences towards food traditions and ethos, this conceptual study works solely on the facts and popular opinions. As an additive, the marketing strategies and their psychological effect on the mindset of the consumer are also analyzed in this paper. Primarily, this study aims to examine the QSR differentiation in the minds of consumers, customers and non-customers.","PeriodicalId":417925,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 9th international conference on Management , Economics and Humanities","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126796748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Women undertake a wide range of activities relating to trading of business, food production, processing, marketing and farming. Due to the significant roles that women play in economy, women participation in entrepreneurship business has also helped to increase her family’s meager income, thereby contributing to sustainable livelihood and enhancing the social well-being. However, the participation of women differs from one state to another because of their specific functions, characteristics and constraints, for that reason, this research provided better knowledge on women participation in entrepreneurship business in Nigeria, by reviewing and analyzing current literatures relating to women as agent of national development. In this study the review of literature which were sourced from Science Direct, Emerald and Journal Stores embraces concepts and perspectives related to reasons for women’s participation in business activities. The study identified systemic gender biases which exist in the form of customs, beliefs and attitudes and women’s economic and domestic workloads as issues and constraints related to women participation in entrepreneurship business in Nigeria. This study therefore recommended that full participation of women should be encouraged to achieve improved entrepreneurial business development and, hence, economic emancipation of women, which will eventually translate to better living conditions for Nigerians. Finally, women should be considered in planning and policy making, especially regarding empowerment.","PeriodicalId":417925,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 9th international conference on Management , Economics and Humanities","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126037268","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unlike other technologies, digital and cognitive ones tend to penetrate into any technical processes. Digitalization is becoming an integral technological platform capable of uniting all subjects of the market area into a single economic mechanism. The rapid development of technology requires a comprehensive study of this process influence on the economic and social life of society, especially the young generation. Analyzing the problems of youth employment and unemployment, one can see the consequences of the digital economy such as changes in the content and organization of work, structural changes of the active population for the employed and employed, dynamic changes within the category of employees according to professional, sexual, regional, national and gender aspects. The ambiguous and sometimes contradictory impact of the digital economy on youth employment determines the methodological interrelationship of the latest technologies and the sphere of social and labour relations. The combination of scientific, technical and humanitarian knowledge makes it possible, firstly, to develop practical recommendations for the economic life of society based on the nature-like technologies, and, secondly, to formulate a system of human capital competencies. The significant negative consequences of digitization of the economy is unstable and youth unemployment. Neutralizing the negative impact of the digital economy is the basis of creating an inclusive environment, developing national programs to support youth employment, and standardizing rules on employment regulation.","PeriodicalId":417925,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 9th international conference on Management , Economics and Humanities","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123495980","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the same time, the total amount of rural garbage production in China is also increasing. In 2017, the amount of rural garbage production in China increased to 5.09 billion tons, but the harmless treatment rate of domestic garbage in established towns and townships is only 51.17% and 23.62% respectively. The increasing amount of rubbish in rural areas and its unscientific disposal methods have a certain negative impact on the ecological environment. Institutional engineering introduces the design method and analysis method of engineering organizational system, and puts the system into mathematical model and structure, so that the system maker can design and analyse organizational system in a more rational and quantitative way. Based on the theory and method of institutional engineering, this paper analyses the status quo of rural garbage classification in China from four aspects including behavioral resources, behavioral rewards, behavioral costs and observation intensity, and puts forward improvement suggestions, so as to promote the effectiveness of rural garbage classification, improve ecological environment and promote resource conservation.","PeriodicalId":417925,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 9th international conference on Management , Economics and Humanities","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121607409","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
