The social programs from 2013 to 2016 of the different instances were reviewed, the statistical program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used, the results were obtained with the numerical measure of the local development indicators, it is concluded that the number of Cooperatives decreased from 2015 to 2018, which in 2015 the State of Oaxaca went to the first national place in social backwardness and in 2016 only 17.5% of the population is not poor and is not vulnerable, which has 43,200 people in extreme poverty, 380 municipalities maintained their level, 88 decreased and 98 increased their level of poverty, economic support granted to each region and its characteristics are presented. If this analysis shows that there is a high risk, it will be mandatory to perform a DPIA in order to foresee the impacts and risks this may pose to the privacy of the interested parties. On this basis, the GDPR requires the implementation of security and control measures to guarantee the rights and freedoms of individuals. This raises, with all rigor, an exhaustive study and then vigorously promote the need for the creation of the legal figure of the «cooperative teacher». It corresponds, in our opinion, to the cooperative right to take the first steps in achieving it. Uma esquizoanalise desse principio de sua identidade. Esta analise especifica e realizada com a correlacao entre a seguranca ontologica, por Anthony Giddens e o ressentimento, como narrado por Fiodor Dostoievski. A correlacao se referencia no realismo com que ambos, Giddens e Dostoievski, qualificam as respectivas obras e explora a diferenca que ha entre as abordagens. O realismo de Giddens pressupoe uma dialetica, inexistente no de Dostoievski. A obra de Dostoievski entao sugere nuances sobre o significado etico atribuido a transparencia que costuma se apresentar como um criterio para a performance da gestao democratica das cooperativas. Um sentido escatologico aparece na transparencia, quando se considera o mal inafastavel da historia humana, eis que o ressentimento e uma manifestacao material de sua existencia. Therefore, it must be understood that the principle of autonomy and independence is not shown as an individual guideline, and its dedication conditions the effectiveness of other principles, such as that of democratic management. The collection of the information was made through visits and interviews with extractivists, leaders of the communities and organizations that operate in the region. This study aims to determine whether the Portuguese cooperative law cautions each of these aspects. It can be seen that in Portugal, cooperative legislation guarantees that cooperatives are controlled by their members, even when the plural vote or investor members are exceptionally admitted, since it surrounds these figures with a set of imperative limits. Cooperatives may set up commercial companies, subsidiaries, and acquire shares in the capital of commercial companies, provided this does not affect their autonomy. The State shall stimulate the cooperative sector but cannot overseen it.
