This dynamic has also reached the education, training and information of these associative forms, as well as their legal advice. The present work aims to base some ideas on the incidence of legal advice in education, training and information in Cuban cooperatives. With this purpose, the place of the educational dimension in the Model of the Professional of Law in Cuba is analyzed. Next, the legal framework in which the educational and informative work of the legal adviser in cooperatives is carried out is explained. In addition to the concept of the cooperative society, the Declaration enumerates the values and the cooperative principles, showing that these safeguard a universal aspect that prevents an isolated interpretation or application. However, the principle of education, training and information is essential to the effectiveness of all the principles and the tenacity of Cooperativism itself. The principle of Education, training and information requires a solid platform developed in an excellent educational system. Costa Rica developed a Public Policy in Education since the 19th century, whose essential content was free primary education followed by secondary education in the following decades. University education has also had the advantage of free access, in public universities or with low costs and access to information technology and digital development has allowed a university institution to function with the education method to distance.
