This study uses a quantitative method that is descriptive and associative. The population of this study is motorcycle taxi drivers. The sample collection technique uses the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 75 drivers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 24.0. Jenis penelitian ini adalah  penelitian  deskriptif kualitatif, dengan memakai   jenis data sekunder serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data studi dokumen. Salah satu upaya  yang dilakukan produsen atau perusahaan untuk mempromosikan produknya  agar dapat diterima, diminati oleh masyarakat yaitu dengan menggunakan bauran promosi  yang sesuai dengan etika islam yaitu : a). Jujur dalam berpromosi, b). Jangan mudah mengobral sumpah  dalam berpromosi, c). Menghindari berpromosi palsu dan mudah mengobral janji, d).Teknik promosi  Sales force  tidak harus menggunakan daya tarik seksual, daya  tarik  emosional, dan kesaksian palsu (testimony buatan), e). Tidak merendahkan produk saingannya,  f.) In this study, the subjects were employees at Malaka Bandung Hotel and the objects of research were work ethic, incentive, career development and employee performance. Total population for this study was all employees at Hotel Malaka Bandung totaling 35 employees. Data was collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The research design used in this study is a causal quantitative research. In this study, the research subjects were customers at CV Elzayn Communication and the objects of research were service quality, price and customer satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 105 customers. Data were collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Covid-19 terhadap harga saham Bank-bank Syariah di Indonesia serta untuk menguji signifikansi perbedaan harga saham Bank-bank Syariah selama 350 hari bursa sebelum dan 350 hari bursa sesudah wabah Covid-19 masuk ke Indonesia. Data harga saham diperoleh dari laman Bursa Efek Indonesia dan laman Yahoo Finance. Adapun Bank-bank Syariah yang menjadi sampel adalah Bank Syariah Indonesia, BTPN Syariah dan Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Harga saham Bank-bank Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia cenderung stabil dan mampu tumbuh positif dimasa pandemi Covid-19. (2) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan harga saham Bank-bank Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebelum Covid-19 dan sesudah Covid-19. One farmer group consists of 20 - 30 taro farmers with a total garden area of ​​14 hectares. Taro belongs to the tuber family, tubers, stems and leaves can be processed into food, medicine and the leaves can be used as a substitute for tobacco leaves as raw material for cigarettes. The obstacle experienced by farmers in beneng taro cultivation is in determining the selling price, especially for mass sales, in this case the taro leaf harvest can be picked once every three months and can be planned every two weeks, due to the nature of taro which grows and develops throughout the year and not too affected by the season, the farmers in Jumo District, Temanggung Regency make taro as an alternative when the tobacco plant is not in the growing season. In this case the author does community service in helping to determine the selling price and bring together buyers/exporters who receive crops with a contract quantity of 8 tons/month.
