The notion of climate risk is considered. The main directions of climate risk management policies are analyzed aimed, first, at reducing anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions through technological innovation and structural economic shifts; secondly, at adaptation of population, territories and economic complexes to the irreparable effects of climate change. A brief description of the modern iron ore base of Russia is given, rational industrial operation of which implies further innovative development of iron ore raw materials processing industries, strengthening of the position of Russian metallurgical and mining companies in domestic and world markets. The main typological forms of integration interaction between metallurgical and mining segments of MMC are considered. A brief analysis of the content of the corporate governance codes used by MMC companies has been provided. Key principles of improvement of integration interaction of mining-enrichment and metallurgical in the framework of industry corporate associations are proposed. Among them — factors (conditions) of strategic planning of development of MMC business groups. Using specific industries and management spheres as an example, the shortcomings of the ongoing state programs and national projects were demonstrated and a generalized conclusion was drawn that the Government’s practical activities in implementing the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 07, 2018 No. 204 were reduced to formal changes in the regulatory framework and methodological support, which did not able to ensure the implementation of ambitious national goals. The imbalances in macroeconomic development and a number of problems in the monetary systems of the EEU member-countries are an obstacle to the intensification of cooperation in the monetary sphere.\u0000One of the significant problems, common to all the EEU member-states is the dollarization of their economies, which imposes restrictions on the ability of monetary bodies to regulate macroeconomic processes in the country. Replacing national currencies in settlements, payments and savings with «hard currencies» reduces the efficiency of transmission channels, worsens volatility indicators of national currencies and strengthens the spiral of formation of negative expectations regarding inflation levels. Ryazanov, «Modern Political Economy: Prospects for Neo-Marxist Synthesis». The focus is on the possibilities and content of neo-Marxist synthesis in political economy. Its new subject field, reflecting major changes in modern capitalism, is revealed. The scientific potential of classical political economy and the accumulated theoretical developments of heterodox schools that oppose the mainstream in modern economic theory are also shown. All this taken together makes it possible to lay the foundations of neo-Marxist synthesis as a new version of Marxist political economy. The review reveals specific theoretical, methodological and concrete economic problems studied in the monograph, and some critical remarks are made. The Bank of Russia increased the key rate in response. All these measures lead to decrease of domestic demand, and not stimulate economic growth.
