Effective, non-pharmacological actions involving social distancing and isolation were widely applied. It was noticed that they provided opportunities for the collision between the rights to free enterprise and health, by restricting the full exercise of commercial activities. These, intrinsically, promote agglomeration of people. It is therefore necessary to assess whether the restrictive measures for the promotion of the rights to health and life were proportional to the preservation of the essential core of free enterprise. The context of the city of Juiz de Fora was chosen for analysis, between the months of February 2020 and December 2021. Data regarding the number of cases and deaths in the municipality on each day of publication of the municipal decrees that conveyed trade-restrictive measures. The research was supported by the theories of fundamental rights and legal arguments, for the rational (argumentative) and proportional investigation of the implementation of fundamental rights, in the face of conflicts in the concrete case. Still, the consequentialist theory was used to assess whether the examination of economic, social and political impacts prevailed. It started from the assumption that the rights inherent to the exercise of economic activity would prevail over the adoption of sanitary control measures. Through the empirical research methodology, combined with qualitative and inference strategies, it was found that the municipal administration of Juiz de Fora, proportionally, privileged the right to health, over free enterprise.","PeriodicalId":415377,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Education Development","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116548391","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Every advertisement on every media platform has a unique composition that engages the customers in a different way depending on the platform. The purpose of this research is to determine five types of advertisement and its influence on consumer purchasing choice at selected retailer stores in Erbil. It is a quantitative approach that is used to analyze data that has been obtained by the researcher. The Manager has circulated the survey to consumers of retailer stores and has gathered responses from those customers. When conducting the current study, the researcher employed a questionnaire in order to gather information. In the first segment, demographic questions were asked, beginning with the customer's gender and marital status and progressing to other inquiries. The second section had questions about the company's products and services. The second part of questionnaire was regarding five types of advertisement as independent factors and consumer purchasing choice at selected retailer stores in Erbil. When it comes to the sampling process, it will be a random sampling method, which means that almost all consumers at retailer stores in Erbil will have equal odds of being picked for the findings revealed that all five advertisements will have positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing choice at selected retailer stores, however, it was found that online advertising is the most effective and efficient among all five advertisements to bring consumer attentions while making decision in selecting certain brand or a product at their daily, weekly and monthly shopping at retailer stores in Erbil. The study recommended that management of firms in retail stores should consider it a requirement to adequately market their products, since doing so will provide them a competitive advantage over their competitors.","PeriodicalId":415377,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Education Development","volume":"154 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121608197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The current study made use of the quantitative research approach by customizing a questionnaire based on information gleaned from academic sources. This particular study had a sample size of 162 participants, all of whom were selected at random throughout the selection process. According to the findings, penetration pricing exerts a substantial and beneficial impact on the decision-making process of consumers at the 5% level. According to the findings, price skimming has a substantial and favorable effect on the decision-making process of consumers at the 5% level. According to the findings, marketing sharing websites have a considerable beneficial impact on the decision-making process of consumers at the 5% level. The findings indicate that blogs have a considerable and beneficial effect on the decision-making process of consumers at the 5% level. According to the findings, competitive pricing has a substantial and favorable impact on the choice-making process of consumers at the 5% level. Furthermore, every beta value exceeds the.001 threshold. All of the models have extremely high adjusted R2, which indicates that the models are very capable of explaining the variance in consumer decision-making that is caused by the variation in the independent variables. The F-value demonstrates that the explanatory variables are jointly statistically significant in the model, and the Durbin-Watson (DW) statistics demonstrate that there is autocorrelation in the models. Both of these findings are supported by the model's positive autocorrelation.","PeriodicalId":415377,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Education Development","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125378623","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A peaceful mountainous kingdom in the Himalayas mandated free education to all children of school-going age up to the 12 th standard. Recognizing that education is the fundamental link to national progress, the Royal Government of Bhutan has always and will continue to emphasize education as a priority sector, In doing so, through a dynamic professional health system in the country, Bhutan has made enormous strides in the field of education that promote healthy and happy school children. However, as Bhutan steadily proceeds along its development path, substantial challenges remain, including the dietary habits of an adolescent in higher secondary schools. Therefore, this paper intends to explore the dietary habits among adolescents in higher secondary school. And this will contribute empirical data evidence for the policy framers and implements of the nutrition department at higher authority and school level to improve the dietary habits of adolescents.","PeriodicalId":415377,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Education Development","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128655924","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research analyzed a sample of students from two distinct grades using pre-test and post-test. Following that, the findings revealed that members of the experimental group I, which included students who engaged in project-based, learning, had the best learning outcomes. In a project-based learning environment, students gained knowledge and skills by working collaboratively for an extended period on a real-world question or problem. Students trained using this model had better indicators of thinking ability than students trained using the traditional learning model. Thus, teachers must use the project-based learning model to guarantee better results while also improving students' thinking abilities to increase the model's efficacy. Schools can promote collaboration, agency, and effective communication skills by teaching social studies using project-based learning. PBL also allows students to address real-world issues in their community and around the globe.","PeriodicalId":415377,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Humanities and Education Development","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130090557","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
