NHE algorithm computes and associates a specific equation to each sensor that has factors computed using neighbors, history data and the approximation error as a feedback factor. In some cases, it is difficult to reach each sensor to read its value either due to a connection problem or the sensor itself is down and not reachable. In those cases, NHE algorithm uses the evaluated equations to approximate this down sensor reading. They provide personalized recommendations on products/services to customers. From a sellerpsilas point of view the process of recommendation is a multi-criteria decision problem. So the recommender systems can also be seen as decision support systems which help a seller to decide and choose suitable items for recommendation. This study proposes a novel design of recommender systems for product recommendation to new users -by collecting both implicit and explicit information- based on the PROMETHEE II methodology which is a well known multi-criteria decision analysis out-ranking method. We also experienced the recommendation from different but relevant sorts of items in this design. The performance of the proposed recommendation algorithm is tested with real world data. In ubiquitous networking, the notions of location and time are essential. Although some location-based P2P networks have been proposed, they only consider locations, and the notion of time has not been considered. In this paper, we propose P2P searching mechanisms for location-aware contents with time-dependent importance, which enables us to retrieve contents with high importance in time period specified in a query. The proposed mechanisms are based on a location-based P2P network, and each peer establishes additional links to peers within n-hops. Each peer also manages a link table, which records location and time-dependent importance of contents that its linked peers hold. Using the link table, a time-specified query is forwarded selectively to neighboring peers. Knowing the userpsilas context offers various possibilities for support, like for example enhancing information delivery or providing work guidance. Hence, user interactions have to be aggregated and mapped to predefined task categories. Without machine learning tools, such an assignment has to be done manually. The identification of suitable machine learning algorithms is necessary in order to ensure accurate and timely classification of the userpsilas context without inducing additional workload. This paper provides a methodology for recording user interactions and an analysis of supervised classification models, feature types and feature selection for automatically detecting the current task and context of a user. FQAS comprises a fuzzy logic-based information retrieval (IR) system together with a question answering system that employs information extraction techniques and passage retrieval mechanisms. The IR system includes techniques such as fuzzy term mining and concept clustering. The information extraction module recognizes and extracts relevant information from tables embedded in Web pages at specialized Web sites. The passage retrieval system determines the passage in a document collection that most likely contains the answer to a question. The paper presents the results of the surveys done by students since 2004.
