Methods: The integrative review was prepared based on scientific production about the mental health relationship and interprofissionality. The research was carried in the Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS) and Scientific Eletronic Libraly Online (SciELO) in the month of February 2020, as an activity of the Education through Work for Health Program (EWH – Health). Results: Ten articles were selected that met the selection criteria. The selected articles were separated into three main topics: training and field of work, interdisciplinarity in mental health care, and benefits of interprofissionality for mental health. Concluding Remarks: It is important to highlight the distance of the graduation with the practice of Single Health System and the Mental Health field. It is also noticeable the scarcity of studies that address the issue of interprofessionality in the health services, in the articles analyzed it was shown more common interdisciplinary work than interprofessional work. Three primiparous mothers - aged between 22 and 31 years old - who had premature babies participated in the research. It is a qualitative research, of multiple case studies, carried out through content analysis, proposed by Bardin (2011). The interviews were analyzed from the interpretative axes of the motherhood constellation according to Stern (1997): life and growth; relate primary; matrix of support and reorganization of identity. It was identified that, the four axes considered normal to all primiparous women, are intensified in mothers of premature babies. As the professional who has the first contact with the child, the nurse must evaluate child development, highlighting the signs that Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) presents. Based on what was presented, the current study had as objecitve to present the relevance of the role of nurse in the diagnosis of autism. This research is an integrative and descriptive literature review, and with a qualitative approach of articles published between 2012 and 2019. A search was carried out in the Lilacs, Scielo, Capes Journals and Google Scholar databases. Data collection was carried out between April and October 2019. 908 articles were found, however only 8 responded to the research problem and became the sample number. It was identified that the attention of the nursing professional can not be directed only to the person with autism, but also to their family; it must try to reduce fear, prejudice and the feeling of inferiority towards society. It is the role of nurse to guide family members to communicate with the child, to stimulate their interaction with people.
