The developed and presented optimal algorithms and strategies focus on three diseases with high public health impact diabetes (the question of artificial pancreas), obesity (predicting obesity-related risks) and cancer (antiangiogenic chemotherapy). AMR means to automatically collect data from meters and send them to a central computer. An Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) is an AMR infrastructure with bidirectional smart meters — gateway communication, this leading to extra facilities. This paper describes an AMI based system. Smart meters are connected to a gateway through power lines and the gateway communicates with a central computer through GSM. The power line communication is implemented with an industrial bus, LonWork. Frequently the consequence is an extensive number of assembly and part variants. Furthermore, customizing complex product platforms results in a great effort. Development and production costs are therefore on a high level. Hence, companies try to find the optimum equilibrium of internal costs and external demands [1]. If there are repetitive and nearly identical design processes, that goal can be achieved by optimizing product development processes by software driven design automation. We used Infrared Imager with detector type 320×240 Focal Plane Array, Vanadium Oxide (VOx), Uncooled Microbolometer. A database of 240 thermograms from different position or locality of human body was created. The following eight views of human body were captured: TBA (Total Body — Anterior view), TBD (Total Body — Dorsal view), ToA (Torso — Anterior view), ToD (Torso — Dorsal view), DH (Dorsal side of Hand), PH (Palmar side of Hand), F (Foot) and FT (Facial Title). Hence it is necessary to monitor the condition of bushings. In this paper three methods are developed to monitor the condition of oil filled bushing. Multi-layer perceptron (MLP), Radial basis function (RBF) and Rough Set (RS) models are developed and combined through majority voting to form a committee. The MLP performs better that the RBF and the RS is terms of classification accuracy. The RBF is the fasted to train. The committee performs better than the individual models. The approach of a CAD assistance system is for many companies a major step towards the future. For a successful integration of knowledge systems, the factors: knowledge management, KBE, object-oriented modeling, CAx-Automation and a multifunctional programming language, play a decisive role. In this paper we present an approach for a CAD assistance system based on the programming language Python. Python can control the CAD system CATIA V5 via Windows COM interface and also edit CAD data. An object-oriented modeling of CAD components facilitates a knowledge-based design. Simultaneously the knowledge of design can be created and formalized in a knowledge base (ontology). This ontology is also based on the programming language Python. Thus, an opportunity in Python has been created in which the CAD system and the knowledge management can be controlled and used in one level. In the proposed work visual localization and detection of non-stationary power signals are achieved using Image processing and its pattern is recognized and classified by MLP neural network algorithm. Also disturbance localization and classification of the signal, is done once with image processing and one more time with neural network and the results are compared with each other. In MLP neural network method we tried to reduce the disturbance localization errors of image processing method. Various non-stationary power signals are processed through image processing stage to generate property charts of the signal for extracting relevant features for pattern classification. The basic ICT tool is an open source called Labkey Server which has the ability to make statistics, reports and other important charts which can help the clinicians and the researcher to prevent the preterm birth. The data will be gathered from multiple databases from different departments or laboratories and processed to adapt to situations and supply the appropriate solution to assist the clinician. The communication is based on HL7 CDA (Clinical Document Architecture) standard. The process will be applied to support detection of risk problems related to pregnancy which if are not detected in time can lead to preterm birth.
