A collision between a bus and an electric bicycle which caused injuries was taken as an example, the velocity of buses and electric bicycle before the incident were calculated, and the braking process of the bus was analyzed, and the results were checked based on brake marks. Through the comparison, the velocity of the bus calculated by the vehicle-mounted surveillance video data, the discrepancy was only 0.19 km/h. According to the velocity obtained from brake marks, which showed that the applicability of the results calculated by vehicle-mounted surveillance video is preferable.","PeriodicalId":413310,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Computing Advancements","volume":"471 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-01-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131739348","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed method can well represent the inherent structure of documents using the semantic feature by the non-negative matrix factorization (NMF). Methods Totally 30 3-month old rats were randomly divided into a control group and a model group. Sodium Hyaluronte 0.1ml was injected into mucosa of the soft palate and the uvula of each rat from the model group in the anesthetic state. After 3-month feeding under the same conditions, the two rat groups were carried out CT Scanning and respiratory experimental examinations, respectively. The Computational Fluid Dynamic Method was then employed to simulate the airflow in upper airway. The flow characteristics are compared between a control rat and a model rat. The minimum cross sectional area of pharyngeal of the model group rats was reduced remarkably than that of the control group, which implies that the airway of the model rats is significantly narrower than that of the control rats with a P-value P<0.05. The model rats became breathless, and their respiratory period became unsteady. The breath intensity of the model rat on the pharynx fluctuated more rapidly. The distribution of the maximum wall shear stress on the pharynx of the control rat was scattered in a respiratory phase while it was concentrated for the control rat. Conclusion The injection of Sodium Hyaluronte into mucosa of the soft palate and uvula could induce the narrowness of the upper airway of model rats, which is similar to OSAHS of human beings in pathology. The narrowness of the upper airway can cause dyspnea and respiratory period extended. The wall shear stress of the pharynx of the upper stenosis-airway induces stronger damage to the pharynx tissue, especially to the soft palate and uvula of the model rat than that of the control one. This aggravates the reconstruction of the pharynx tissue.","PeriodicalId":413310,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Computing Advancements","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-06-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116331375","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The equivalent circuit model for Li-ion battery is established based on the available battery block in MATLAB/Simulink. To improve the model's accuracy, the circuit parameters are represented by functions of SOC. Then, the PF algorithm is utilized to do SOC estimation for the battery model. From simulation it reveals that PF provides accurate SOC estimation. It is demonstrated that the proposed method is effective on Li-ion battery SOC estimation.","PeriodicalId":413310,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Computing Advancements","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126460087","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Two types of consensusability notions, namely mean square consensusability and probabilistic consensusability, are examined. We first consider a graph model with Markovian switching topologies for continuous-time agent dynamic. For the counterpart of discrete-time case, we consider the graph model with random link failures. Sufficient conditions are derived for both consensusability notions, which reveal how Markovian switchings and random link failures affect consensusability. Our results can naturally recover the existing literature on fixed topologies.","PeriodicalId":413310,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Computing Advancements","volume":"434 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122474473","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, research on shock filters has been an interested topic in signal and image processing. In this paper we propose a method to realize the shock filter by CNN (Cellular Neural Network). The method offers fast processing time in comparison with that on the serial digital computers and can be used in many real-time image processing systems. We focus on development of the shock filter algorithm realizing edge enhancement and de-noising on the Bi-I CNN visual computer.
