Each media has its own ideology, therefore this study aims to look at the framing of two media with different ideologies in reporting the RUU-PKS. The media are Suara.com and Hidayatullah.com where it can be seen that the media's attitude is in the form of pros or cons towards the RUU-PKS. This study uses a qualitative methodology of collecting news documents which are then taken as samples through a purposive sampling technique. Researchers used Zhondang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki's framing analysis model to analyze the samples. Researchers found that Suara.com and Hidayatullah.com prioritize speed in providing information and prioritize media ideology so that it is very clear in giving partiality to the pros and cons. The findings are in the form of a comparative thing between the online media Suara.com and Hidayatullah.com. It was found that Suara.com sided with the ratification of the RUU-PKS. While Hidayatullah.com is on the opposite side of the ratification of the bill. This is shown by the way the two media forms framing, starting from giving titles, emphasizing facts, and so on. As online media whose content spreads quickly, Suara.com and Hidayatullah.com should consider whether their publications can make conditions worse or calm conditions.Keywords: Framing, Issues of RUU-PKS, Media Differences, Media Ideology","PeriodicalId":413082,"journal":{"name":"Al-MUNZIR","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121245735","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, how to prevent these conflicts from happening again, and how to maintain permanent peace, often escapes scientific studies and the attention of conflict theorists and parties concerned with world peace. Based on this phenomenon, Bar-Siman-Tov developed a theory regarding the creation of lasting peace (stable peace) through a dialectic between the \"peace approach\" (top down structural) and the \"reconciliation approach\" (bottom up social psychological). The research is aimed at analyzing the Ambon conflict using the Bar-Siman-Tov theory. The Ambon conflict is a big story in the history of the Indonesian nation. Maluku, known as a peaceful region with all its plurality, was tested in 1999-2002 by a major conflict. The method used is the library method by collecting data through various written sources. The deaf are circumstances in which one cannot hear, so one cannot speak. The method of research used in this study is qualitative descriptive, where data is gathered through observation, interview, and document study. Then, the data is analyzed by doing data reduction, data presentation, and a deduction. Informant in this study are teachers and education staff who have had direct contact with deaf student. Studies have shown that teachers and education staff implement S-R model, circular and secondary communication models, where deaf students are active when communicating with communicators both in the learning process and outside the classroom. A student with his ignorance and confusion about something will ask him directly. Then, when a communication process is challenging, a second alternative is that of using a handphone or paper as a text. It can also be seen that teachers and education staff use both verbal (oral) and nonverbal (SIBI) forms of communication simultaneously in conveying messages. In addition, the obstacles to communicating with deaf students are due to physical disabilities so as not to speak like other humans and poor language mastery, and in the learning process the deaf students forgets easly, gets bored, gets tired quickly and has difficulty concentrating. Disaster management with a lack of understanding and context of risk communication. When a major disaster occurs, recovery requires a massive infusion of external public and private resources, but what happens is that conditions are highly unequal, and likely to produce many of the pre-existing inequities in exposure and vulnerability. This research focuses on the first 72 hours of disaster relief through effective communication in the case of the 13 June 2022 tornado in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to provide education about the first 72 hours that must be carried out in handling disaster cases through an effective and central communication channel. The research method used is qualitative, existential phenomenology and the paradigm built is constructivism. The findings in the field show that the people of Yogyakarta still lack knowledge about how to communicate effectively in dealing with disasters such as a lack of evacuation training, minimal communication tools, minimal evacuation route maps, even in the context of a tornado disaster, no residents know what to do. to do and to whom they should communicate first. The potential impact of ineffective communication; more and more victims, disaster losses increased partly because the way to design and build communication is wrong and not on target. Many people speculate about the causes of disasters, the minimal contribution of society to increased exposure to hazards often results in damage to environmental resources such as the collapse of people's houses and damage to public facilities. Initial disaster failure; identifying communication lines to ensure evacuation of highly vulnerable environments should be known before disaster. Philosophically it can be described as a representation of local wisdom and awareness. This study uses a qualitative method. Researchers hear, record, and understand the condition of the community as a whole about the values and meaning of the Toraja people's outlook on life. In Toraja society, in one family and even in one house you can find adherents of different religions, but they remain harmonious and peaceful thanks to the customs and philosophy of local wisdom of Tongkonan. Culture in society cannot be measured using data in the form of numbers, because researchers use qualitative methods. Based on the results of the research it is known that one form of harmonization is the creation of a community in society which is a very important social fact in a pluralistic society. In dealing with pluralism, the Toraja people are able to be tolerant of pluralism and are required to live in a pluralist spirit. This can be applied in interfaith life where religious differences do not have to be an obstacle in establishing brotherhood, unity and national unity.
