From the design point of view, this paper intends to study how to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data information transmission in police system. By analyzing the objectives and requirements of data information transmission in police system, from the perspective of user experience, the data visualization design model is optimized, the data visualization design principles are deduced, and the laws of human vision and cognition are combined to study the data visualization design strategy of police system to guide design practice. The verification results show that from the perspective of user experience, data visualization design practice can be effectively guided by the design scheme combining human vision and cognitive laws. Elevator balance coefficient is an important prerequisite for the safe operation of elevators. If the balance factor does not meet the standard requirements, serious personal injury accidents may occur. Although the current commonly used balance coefficient measurement method is widely used, their shortcomings are obvious, especially for the measurement of the balance coefficient of elevators without machine room. The current method cannot mark the middle position, the no-load power method cannot measure the speed, and the wire rope tension method is out of the way. This paper uses the human behavior data set collected by the Wireless Data Mining Laboratory (WISDM) of Fordham University to predict and classify the six daily human behaviors: walking, jogging, going upstairs, going downstairs, sitting and standing. This project aggregates regional food data based on big data, and provides tourists with efficient, stable and professional data retrieval and analysis services through a visual data interface, and provides intuitive, accurate, and real-time data support for the decision-making of finding characteristic regional food. This thesis first conducted a relevant understanding of big data and the overall situation of regional cuisine, analyzed the distribution of food in the sub-provincial city of Xi'an, explored the research methods and implementation methods of related projects at home and abroad, based on this, summarized the research of this project the goal. At the same time, the focus of this project is to analyze the price, score and popularity of regional food data analysis in my country, and to summarize, proofread and organize the data obtained before into standard and standardized data. Through the classification of basic information, the visual analysis and display of data is realized, and the key data urgently needed by decision makers are extracted from it. To analyze the needs of decision makers, establish corresponding strategies and measures to improve the quality of data services. The establishment of this system provides a useful supplement and improvement to the existing industry data analysis system. The system is mainly divided into six modules, which are data collection, data review, data summary, and visual data display modules. Among them, data collection includes crawling relevant data from the Internet and retrieving key data. The data audit function includes classifying the crawled data and reviewing its effectiveness. Data aggregation includes summarizing the filtered data in an excel table and passing Excel generates a visual chart that you want to know, and at the same time generates a word cloud by associating certain two related items in the data in the excel table. The visual data display module can more clearly show the results of data analysis to users, so that users can make better decisions. The visualization data uses AmChart Flash charts. Therefore, obtaining the quantity of goods that needs to be transported is the key to improve the efficiency of logistics transportation. At present, the amount of goods can be counted by monitoring the change of objects on the pallet through artificial intelligence. Therefore, this paper uses the YOLACT deep learning method in artificial intelligence to study the detection and segmentation of the pallet in the carriage. Since human movement will affect the detection of goods and in order to exclude the influence of pallets outside the carriage, this paper also studies the detection and segmentation of the human body and the ground inside the carriage. Firstly, a data set for the detection and segmentation of the pallet, human body and ground inside the carriage is established, and then the training set of random segmentation is used for effective training to a certain extent, and the corresponding verification set is verified. After the training, the model is tested accordingly. In order to timely detect construction site dust and improve the ability of government supervision departments to monitor construction dust pollution, a construction site dust detection method based on prior knowledge Minmax K-means clustering algorithm was proposed. In the process of clustering, the weight which is proportional to the variance in the cluster can be automatically corrected, and the priori knowledge is introduced to deal with the problem that the clustering results are sensitive to the initial position of the clustering center.
