The first documents that describe Peru and its treasures were soon translated into Italian, shortly after their arrival to Spain; some of them were lost in their original form and remain available in Italian only. These documents played a major role in building the image of Peru along the sixteenth century. The book is composed by 101 fragments or “vinetas”; some of them are descriptions of images (lithographies, drawings, paintings, photographs) related to characters or events of that history. Sul piano teorico, gli autori negano la sua esistenza, in quanto l’espressione indica piu propriamente un modo d’essere dello Stato liberal -democratico. Sul piano pratico, la positivizzazione del diritto in alcuni sistemi consiste in una formula aperta a diverse evoluzioni di senso. In particular, we show how in the world that Vargas Llosa creates there is no social class capable of becoming the leader of the transition towards a modern society that responds to the needs and nature of an independent Brazil. This absence leads to resistances and catastrophic conflicts. This paper proposes to study the logics behind political communication in Argentina. A set of communication pieces included in the 2011 campaign of the Head of Government of Buenos Aires City were analyzed in order to recognize the meanings of victimization, danger and governmentality.
