Produsen selalu dituntut untuk berinovasi mengikuti tends pasar yang menjadi kesukaan konsumen.Dari segi pemasaran produk yang tadinya dilakukan dengan cara beriklan di televisi atau media cetak dengan biaya mahal sekarang pemasaran produk cukup melalui media internet atau menggunakan media sosial dengan biaya murah dan cepat. Dari segi pasar konsumenpun berubah yang tadinya belanja kita harus datang ke pasar atau toko-toko swalayan sekarang konsumen cukup dengan gedgetnya pilih situs-situs Online, pesan barang yang kita inginkan akan cepat kita dapatkan. Bisnis Online berkembag sangat pesat tanpa mengenal batas waktu dan tempat, jual beli melalui internet sebagai media penghubung dan website sebagai katalog pemasaran lebih praktis dan efisien karena tidak mengharuskan pertemuan langsung antara penjual dengan pembeli, bahkan bisnis Online jangkauannya lebih luas bisa mencapai seluruh dunia, itulah yang membuat bisnis Online sangat diminati banyak orang, dilihat dari segi pelayanan, efektifitas, keamanan dan popularitas. Dengan adanya internet sebuah paradigma baru lahir dunia disibukkan oleh pengguna internet terutama oleh pelaku bisnis hal ini akan berdampak keuntungan bagi pelaku e-commerce dan e-bussines.Pengetahuan teknologi internet sangat berpengaruh terhadap asing yang diharapkan pengguna dalam bertransaksi melalui website, hasil yang diharapkan outcom expectation dapat memperkirakan sebuah tingkah laku yang akan menghasilkan sesuatu. Namun dibalik fenomena Online Shop terdapat ancaman yang dapat marugikan pembeli dari harga yang bervaiasi bahkan lebih murah dengan harga yang ditawarkan oleh toko offline, dan hal ini bisa membuat toko offline sepi pembeli, hal ini juga yang akan membuat pasar tradisional kalah bersaing dengan Online Shop . Namun bisnis Online juga ada kelebihan dan kekurangannya, karena transaksi Online rawan akan penyimpangan dan tindak penipuan. Terlepas dari kelebihan dan kekurangan tersebut bisnis Online semakin berkembang pesat tentu dengan segala resikonya, hal ini pula yang berdampak pada pasar tradisional karena konsumen sebagian besar telah beralih berbelanja melalui Online Shop. Pemerintah atau pemangku kepentingan harus memperhatikan hal ini, misalkan membuat kebijakan atau payung hukum sehingga pelaku bisnis Online dan pasar tradisional mendapat jaminan dan kepastian hukum dari pemerintah. Persepsi Pedagang tradisional terhadap perkembangan perdagangan online bagaimana respon pedagang tradisional dalam menyikapi perkembangan pedagang online tersebut menjadi hal menarik untuk dikaji dan diteliti. Garis keturunan baik suami, isteri maupun anak tidak boleh menggunakan nama suku. Demikian juga dengan hak-hak adat yang lainnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskritif analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kepustakaan. The perpetrators will be given a fairly heavy customary sanction, namely being ostracized from their extended family, community and expelled as long as they are customary. Semua data hasil stock opname ini akan digunakan sebagai laporan persediaan barang jadi akhir tahun. Untuk meminimalisasi kesalahan dalam pedataan hasil produksi, di butuhkan seorang staf admintrasi yang teliti dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaannya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran staf administrasi dalam melakukan pendataan hasil produksi dan kendala yang di hadapi dalam menjalankan pekerjaan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa staf admintrasri telah melakukan pendataan hasil produksi berdasarkan perencanaan produksi yang dibuat oleh Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC). Selain data perencanaan staf adminitrasi membandingkan dan mengacu pada hasil produksi sebagai data yang akan diinput kedalam system inventory. Jika terjadi selisih maka manager produk melalui PPIC akan membuat kekurangan dan dilaporkan dalam secara berkala.Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi staff administrasi selama ini bahwa hasil produksi tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan. , sehingga banyak pesanan yang tidak bisa di kirim tepat waktu. To minimize errors in data collection of production results, an administrative staff is needed who is thorough and responsible for his work. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of administrative staff in collecting data on production results and the obstacles they faced in carrying out their work From the results of the research, it is known that the administrative staff has collected data on production results based on the production planning made by the Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC). In addition to planning data, administrative staff compare and refer to production results as data that will be inputted into the inventory system. Oleh karena itu upaya yang dilakukan adalah meningkatkan kemampuan menulis laporan observasi mahasiswa yaitu dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan menulis laporan observasi melalui model pembelajaran kontekstual mahasiswa Prodi D-3 Sekretari Universitas Pamulang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester VI regular C kelas 644 D-III Sekretari Universitas Pamulang dengan jumlah total 36 mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan secara terus menerus setiap siklus yang terdiri dari empat langkah, yaitu perencanaan (planning), tindakan (action), pengamatan (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting) dengan prosentase kenaikan, sedangkan analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis data dari hasil catatan lapangan, cwawancara, dan dokumentasi selama penelitian. Kata kunci : kemampuan menulis, laporan, observasi, pembelajaran kontekstualABSTRACT The research entitled \"Improving the Ability to Write Observation Reports through Contextual Learning Models for Students of the Secretary Diploma at Pamulang University\" was chosen by the author because it stems from the idea that there are many students who have not been able to write observation reports properly. There are so many mistakes in writing observation reports, both in terms of writing and content. This is due to the low knowledge of students in writing reports. Therefore, the effort made is to improve the ability to write student observation reports by using a contextual learning model. The purpose of this research was to determine the increase in the ability to write observation reports through the contextual learning model of students of Secretary diploma at Pamulang University. The methodologies of this thesis are observation, interview, internship, and literature review. The result of the thesis is that the Nadine application is a modernization of mail administration so mail handling becomes faster and can be conducted in anywhere. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 85 responden yang diambil dengan accidental sampling dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) courtesy berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah, 2) daya tanggap berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah, 3) kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah, 4) courtesy berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah, 5) daya tanggap berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kata-kata kunci: courtesy, daya tanggap, kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah. The quantitative approach is implemented in this research. The method of research surveys on 85 customers is taken by accidental sampling and questionnaire as an instrument of research. Perbedaan tujuan mengunjungi coffee shop, melahirkan harapan yang berbeda. Memahami kemampuan pelayanan coffee shop dalam memenuhi harapan pengunjung merupakan tujuan penelitian ini. Pendekatan kualitas diterapkan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor mendasar persepsi kualitas pelayanan coffe shop di Kota Denpasar. Seratus pengunjung dilibatkan sebagai responden untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan coffe shop. Hasil analisis Faktor menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan pisik menyumbangkan variasi terhadap variasi kualitas yang terbesar, disusul oleh reliabilitas, kepastian, daya tanggap dan empati. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan investor agar meletakkan perbaikan aspek pisik dalam prioritas utama, pemilihan lokasi yang strategis, kemudahan pembayaran, dan perhatian dan keramahan karyawan perlu ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan kompetensi untuk membangun sikap kerja yang sesuai. ABSTRACTIncreasing number of coffee shop s operating during the Pandemy in Denpasar City is the main reason of the present study. There is number coffee shop s available, while on the other hand Government regulation limited operating hours and capacity utilization which insist them to manage product and service delivery properly to their prospective custumer. Preliminary study uncovered that some areas dont meet customer expectancy such as waiter service behavior and appearance. The present study objective is exploring the fundamental factors that construct the quality of coffe shop in Denpasar area based on data accumulated from 100 coffe shop visitos. The result confirmed that dimensions of tangibility, reliability , responsiveness; assurance and empathy significantly explained variance of coffee shop quality. The Implication of the research finding is that investor have to put physical aspect improvement on the first priority to build positive consumer quality perception, chose strategic location, employ non cash payment method, and keep on improving cleanliness as well as train the employees to internalize hospitality attitude properly. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang responden. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value (sig) < 0,05 yaitu 0,040 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,107 > 2,0057 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value (sig) < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 9,267 > 2,0057 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan berprngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value (sig) < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai fhitung > ftabel yaitu 44,565 > 3,28 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.. Kata-kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja; kepemimpinan; kepuasan kerja karyawan The Influence of Work Environment and Leadership on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT.Lahan Rezeki Kuningan Regency ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT.Lahan Rezeki Kuningan Regency. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Sustenance Land. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. The sample in this study were 55 respondents. The method in collecting this data uses a questionnaire, while the method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect. Manajemen tersebut menyebabkan kurang optimalnya sistem administrasi, terutama dalam hal pencatatan aset, berdampak pada over stock dan kerugian lain. Secara umum, permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah belum adanya sistem administrasi terpadu untuk membantu pelaksanaan proses bisnis Mitra dan belum adanya sistem manajemen aset yang baik. Karena itu, tim abdimas membantu mitra untuk membenahi sistem inventori mitra, juga mengembangkan kemampuan manajerial Mitra melalui pengembangan keterampilan bagi Mitra dalam hal kepemimpinan, etika profesi, manajemen waktu, layanan prima, dan keterampilan interpersonal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Abdimas ini dilakukan dalam 4 (empat) tahap. Tahap pertama survey untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mitra; tahap kedua pemberian materi pelatihan; tahap ketiga penugasan kepada mitra terkait inventori barang yang dijual; tahap keempat sharing atas pelatihan yang telah didapatkan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi inventory management. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah buku panduan kerja yang dapat digunakan oleh mitra dalam mengimplentasikan aplikasi inventory management.Kata Kunci: UKM, pencatatan aset, aplikasi inventory management ABSTRACTA Small-Medium Enterprise unit, Sumber Berkat Mandiri, as the partner of this social and community service activity, has been using “sistem manajemen warung” in doing the business, in which almost all management activities are done in ‘one man show’ mode. This management style causes lacking in administration system optimality, especially in inventory record. The style has created over stock problem and other losses. In general, the partner’s major problem is the absence of integrated administration system for the business process and lacking of good inventory system. Therefore, the social and community service team helps the partner to implement an application for the inventory record and also develop the partner’s managerial skills through leadership training, professional ethics training, time management and service excellence trainings, as well as interpersonal skills training. The methods used in helping the partner are divided into 4 (four) phases. The first phase is doing a survey to get the partner’s needs; the second phase is giving the trainings; the third phase is asking the partner to record the inventory of all items in the partner’s warehouse; and the fourth phase is getting the partner’s feedback after receiving all the trainings and guiding the partner in implementing inventory management application. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis. analisis disharmonisasi antara asset financing, kebijakan pengelolaan industri pertambangan terhadap PDRB di Lampung. Pembiayaan modal kerja dan pembiayaan investasi digunakan sebagai variabel independen. Sedangkan, dampak kebijakan kebijakan pengelolaan industri pertambangan menggunakan variabel dummy. Variabel independen dan variabel dummy tersebut dihubungkan dengan variabel dependen yaitu PDRB menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan model Random Effect(REM) di Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asset financing berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Lampung, namun hanya pembiayaan modal kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan. Sementara itu, kebijakan kebijakan pengelolaan industri pertambangan terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi industri, pemerintah maupun regulator sebagai bahan evaluasi mengenai pengaruh asset financing dan kebijakan pengelolaan industri pertambangan terhadap PDRB provinsi Lampung. This study aims to determine and analyze. analysis of disharmony between asset financing, mining industry management policies against GDP in Lampung. Working capital financing and investment financing are used as independent variables. Meanwhile, the impact of the mining industry management policy uses a dummy variable. The independent variables and dummy variables are associated with the dependent variable, namely GRDP using the panel data regression method with the Random Effect (REM) model in Lampung. The results showed that asset financing had a positive effect on economic growth in Lampung, but only working capital financing had a significant effect. Meanwhile, the mining industry management policy has proven to have a positive and significant impact on Lampung's economic growth. The results of this study are expected to be useful for industry, government and regulators as an evaluation of the effect of asset financing and mining industry management policies on PDRB in Lampung province.
