Показано, что термодинамически влияние кремния в системе более эффективно в сравнении с углеродом. The article used the methods of questioning and interviewing at the stage of collecting primary information, as well as the method of comparative analysis to substantiate recommendations on the prospects for implementing the concept of lean production for the period until 2020. When writing the article, methods of questioning and interviewing at the stage of collecting primary information were used, as well as a method of comparative analysis with the purpose of substantiating recommendations regarding the prospects for introducing the concept of lean manufacturing for the period until 2020.\u0000Findings. The article analyzes the transition to the principles of the concept of lean production on the example of two enterprises of the MMC of Ukraine, located within the Dnipropetrovsk region. Perspectives of further introduction of the tools of the concept of Lean Production for the period until 2020 are considered.\u0000Originality. The importance of practical application of the methods and tools of the theory of the concept of lean production, in particular systems 5 С and submission of proposals, proved the necessity of applying different methods of an audit of production activity. This will optimize costs within the organization and will affect the level of competitiveness of its products.\u0000Practical value. Аналіз результатів дослідження режимів роботи гідротехнічних систем підприємств гірничо-металургійної галузі дозволив обґрунтувати параметри гідравлічних процесів в технологіях переробки мінеральної сировини з метою підвищення ефективності параметрів збагачувального устаткування і зниження собівартості готового концентрату.\u0000Результати. Обґрунтовані параметри ефективності гідротехнічних систем підприємств гірничо-металургійної галузі України, а саме, в результаті розвитку методів оцінки ефективності гідротранспортного комплексу гірничо-переробних комбінатів запропоновано характеризувати надійність постачання продукції і збереженість системи трубопровідного транспорту величиною показника гідравлічної надійності.\u0000Наукова новизна. На основі методів оцінки економічної ефективності гідротехнічних систем технологій переробки мінеральної сировини вихідними принципами якої є: комплексність оцінки; комерційний підхід; застосування адекватних параметрів визначення ефективності на різних організаційних рівнях; облік чинника часу і фактора невизначеності запропоновано інтегральний показник, а саме, показник гідравлічної надійності.\u0000Практична значимість. Полягає у введенні показників, а саме: показників гідравлічної надійності і режимів транспортування в гідротехнічних системах в систему моніторингу технологій переробки мінеральної сировини забезпечує безперервний контроль в автоматичному режимі з урахуванням можливих не прогнозованих змін властивостей середовища, що перекачується, продуктивності та інших параметрів, оскільки величина втрат напору виражається через гідравлічний ухил, що залежить від швидкості і щільності гідросуміші, яка транспортується. Otorvin, Alexander Gusev","doi":"10.33101/S004-0244074","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33101/S004-0244074","url":null,"abstract":"Purpose: Compare the results of blast furnace smelting efficiency, when chang-ing the qualitative characteristics of the sinter and coke, and the calculated param-eters of the blowing regime of melting.\u0000Methodology: Analysis of technical and economic performance of blast furnaces during periods of work on the agglomerate with different metallurgical characteris-tics and different diameter of the tuyeres.\u0000Findings: The experience of blast furnaces with a volume of 2,700 and 2,000 m3 confirmed a known fact of the dependence of furnace efficiency and coke consump-tion not only through the quality of charge materials, but also through the distribu-tion of the gas flow along the furnace section.\u0000Originality: The technological analysis of the results of the operation of blast furnaces with the volume of 2700 and 2000 m3 with a change of the quality of the sinter and pellets in combination with the change of the blowing regime parame-ters was performed. On the basis of the performed analysis, it was confirmed the expediency of increasing the gas permeability of the charge by improving the quali-ty of the raw materials while increasing the total mechanical energy of the com-bined gas-blast and hearth-gas, which are responsible for the length of the com-bustion zone and the depth of penetration of the gas flow to the center of the blast furnace.\u0000Practical value: Alternation of tuyeres of different diameters along with the im-provement of the quality characteristics of charge materials, additionally contrib-utes to the enhancement of the positive effect due to the expansion of the combus-tion zones in the furnace hearth. Substantiation of expediency and prospects for resuming the development of magnetite quartzites by underground method in Ukraine.\u0000Methodology. Analysis of literature sources, project documentation and practical data that contain information on the current state and conditions for the development of iron ore in Ukraine, as well as data on varieties and state of reserves of different types of these ores.\u0000Findings. The problem, faced by domestic iron ore mining enterprises in connection with reaching the large depths of mining operations and the emergence of a shortage of raw material resources, is described. The volumes of magnetite quartzites, which are contained in the dormant mines, operating mines, and those mines of Ukraine that are not currently in operation, are determined. The expediency and directions for resuming the development of these ores, as well as expanding the raw material base of the domestic iron ore mining industry, are justified. \u0000Originalty. The principal approaches to the implementation at a modern technological and technical level of the cyclic-flow underground mining technology for the development of magnetite quartzite reserves, which is capable of ensuring the economic efficiency of their extraction at depths where the open method of their development becomes unprofitable, are expanded. \u0000Practical value. Дати оцінку впливу уранової промисловості на стан довкілля та населення на основі розробки та впровадження інженерно-технічних рішень та заходів щодо зменшення гамма-випромінювання та концентрації радону в приміщеннях, виконання екологічної та соціально-побутової реабілітації забрудненої території, житлових будинків, об'єктів соціальної сфери та населення, що проживає в зоні впливу, спрямовані на підвищення екологічної безпеки довкілля та населення для мінімізації негативого впливу радіаційних та інших факторів.\u0000 Методика. Використані радіометричні методи (вимірювання експозиційної дози та інтенсивності γ-випромінювання, вимірювання радіоактивності γ-і β-випромінювання, вимірювання потужності експозиційної дози γ-випромінювання, визначення потужності поглиненої дози γ-випромінювання в повітрі, аналіз природних радіонуклідів(ПРН); статистичний та математичний методи дослідження з використанням комплексного системного підходу. Радіоекологічні дослідження включали: вимірювання потужності експозиційної дози (ПЭД) γ-випромінювання за мережею 100х100 м і 20х10 м (пішохідна γ-зйомка) в обсязі 40 км2; аналіз грунтів на вміст радіонуклідів; відбір проб води на вміст радію і урану; визначення суммарної α- і β-активності грунтів; визначення концентрації радону в житлових приміщеннях.\u0000 Результати. Показана роль спеціалістів різних органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування у вирішенні вищезгаданих завдань, для регіонів, що знаходяться в зоні впливу гірничо- металургійних комбінатів з видобутку та первинної переробки уранових руд. Встановлено, що перевищення нормативного рівня еквівалентної рівноважної концентроції радону 50 Бк / м3 в окремих приміщеннях, обумовлено його виділенням з підпільного простору та каналів введення зовнішньої теплової та водопровідної мереж, внутрішніх каналів розподілу тепломереж.\u0000 Наукова новизна. Доказується, що засипка каналу теплової мережі з зовнішньої сторони будівлі шаром глини на глибину 1 м і його ущільнення, герметизація введення теплової та водопровідної мереж через фундамент будівлі та бетонування приямка зменшують обємну активність радону в приміщенні в 5-6 разів.\u0000 Практична цінність. Приведений поки що рідкісний досвід щодо підвищення радіаційного та соціального захисту населення міста Жовті Води, Україна, яке проживає в зоні впливу об'єктів уранової промисловості. Іл. 6. Investigation of the influence of parametric resonance in the zone of interaction of moving contacting surfaces on friction and wear when deformation-wave processes occur in front of a moving stamp.\u0000Metodology. Determining the real spectrum and the level of dynamic loads would make it possible to develop recommendations for improving the TPA-350 automatic mill, with the aim of expanding its technological capabilities, improving the reliability of operation and durability.\u0000Metodology. This work was carried out on the basis of the development of a mathematical model of dynamic processes in the mechanical system of an automatic TPA mill, where an attempt was made to identify the features of the functioning of a working stand with a rolled sleeve in the formulation of dynamic problems. Obviously, the proposed approach is more correct and convenient when studying complex dynamic phenomena in the elements of an automatic TPA mill.\u0000Findings. The results of the study of the dynamics of the working stand of the automatic mill of the pipe-rolling unit (TPA) are given The basic parameters of the functioning of the working stand, such as the automatic mill TPA 350, are established, and a mathematical model of the basic problem of the dynamics of a mechanical system is developed. The differential equations of motion for the selected model of the working stand and the elastic elements of the bed retention mechanism on the support nodes of the automatic TPA mill have been compiled. The corresponding patterns of oscillations of the working stand were obtained. Some features of the functioning of the working stand are identified by the example of an automatic mill TPA 350. The dynamic parameters of the working stand of the mill, affecting the difference in the thickness of the rolled sleeves, are established.\u0000Originality. The interrelation of the working stand dynamics with the operating conditions of an automatic TPA mill on the basis of a simplified mathematical model of dynamic processes is established. A mathematical model of the mechanical system of a working working stand of an automatic TPA mill has been compiled.
