One of them is the material on reaction rates, which is one of the studies in chemistry that really demands macroscopic, microscopic and symbolic aspects. This research is a type of analysis and development research which was carried out from April 24 to April 27 2019. The population involved in this research were all Tadris Science class B students with a total of 31 respondents. Reaction rate material in junior high school is still taught through the lecture method and by memorizing concepts without involving the microscopic aspects which will cause difficulties in understanding the concept of reaction rate meaningfully. Therefore, this research aims to utilize learning media which is closely related to improving the quality of learning which is expected to create a more meaningful learning experience, facilitate the process of interaction between students and teachers and students who are relevant anywhere, and enrich the students' learning experience. The results of this research are all questions for each validity have valid status, because the value of Rcount > Rtable is 0.355 and the result of the reliability coefficient of the content instrument is Ralpha = 0.621, the construct instrument is Ralpha = 0.675, the prediction instrument is Ralpha = 0.676, the concurrent instrument is Ralpha = 0.707, and the efficiency instrument is Ralpha = 0.610, apparently it has a \"Cronbach's Alpha\" value greater than 0.600, which means that the five instruments are declared reliable or meet the requirements. However, these three functions are carried out by the DPD in a very limited manner. The existence of the DPR and the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) as one of the state institutions is an implementation of the horizontal division of powers. The House of Representatives is an institution that has legislative, budgetary and supervisory functions, while the Supreme Audit Agency is an institution with the main function of auditing state finances. However, the supervisory function in regional budget matters carried out by the DPD is still part of the financial audit by the BPK. The principle that applies in state administrative law is that if an institution, including the DPD RI can measure performance, it means that the institution can know many things, such as being able to reward those who succeed, as well as being able to provide sanctions or recommend sanctions for those who fail; be able to know the actual cost; can link between costs and results; can determine whether it is better to do it yourself or need to outsource (outsourcing); can improve performance; can choose the best alternative","PeriodicalId":411777,"journal":{"name":"MANDALIKA : Journal of Social Science","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130002325","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Students will understand learning more easily when using media compared to not. This study aims to examine the implementation of the use of map and globe media, the obstacles in using map and globe media in geography learning and the solutions to these obstacles. This research is a qualitative research conducted at UPT SMA Negeri 3 Parepare, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data collection techniques, including interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity was obtained through triangulation of theories, methods, and sources. This study found that the use of map and globe media in geography learning can improve students’ understanding of regionalism, but there are some students who are still constrained in understanding the use of maps and globes. This relates to student learning styles. This obstacle is related to the availability of graphic media, teacher skills in utilizing instructional media, and teacher preparation in understanding each student’s learning style. To get out of these obstacles, a teacher is expected to have skills in choosing the right media and methods by considering the diversity of student learning styles and the learning facilities owned by the school.","PeriodicalId":411777,"journal":{"name":"MANDALIKA : Journal of Social Science","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114464162","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
