However, the trial-and-error scheme of testing physical equipment for optimal parameter exploration is very costly and time consuming. Therefore, interest in an environment, that can predict quality output parameters in advance by modeling the target plant, has increased. Mathematical modeling is difficult due to the lack of interrelationships between the various parameters applied to the facility and the complex internal behavior. This paper proposes a technique to predict the quality output factor before manufacturing a product using a multilayer perceptron (MLP) neural network. Moreover, we handle the critical parameters of the produced product in duplicate at the input layer and enable the generation of product-dependent inference results. The experiments used input and output data sets from various products extracted from the wire manufacturing process. The proposed scheme generated a quality output of the product not included in the neural network training as average and distribution similar with label. This method can be used to test subjects with refractive errors, eye's color vision and other pathological problems. The micro-led display uses an eye chart player program to display the capital letters E and the other fonts, and the gaps of the E letters can be tumbled in any direction. When subjects with speech disorder were examined for vision, the E chart was displayed sequentially from big letters to small letters, and the image capture and processing module was synchronized with the eye chart player program. The subjects only need to point out the direction of the gap with gestures, and the image capture and processing module can simultaneously capture the gestures of the subjects to judge visual test status. In this study, twenty subjects were tested and all obtained the correct VA value and wore excellent eye glasses. There is adaptive direct blind equalization in noisy environments as one of conventional methods. It is known that the conventional method is higher precision even when the observed signals are included the noises. However, the conventional method has the problem that there is lower convergence rate because this method is adaptive algorithm based on Least Square method. In this paper, for solving this problem, we describe normalized adaptive direct blind equalization and propose the method which uses both proposed method and conventional method. The features of proposed method are (i) realization of high performance and stable equalizer estimation with Data Least square(DLS) [1] and (ii) realization of high convergence rate and recovery performance. This paper presented a simple and effective particle filtering (PF) algorithm to locate and track the position of a mobile robot in such restrict environment. The method used only the on-board distance sensors for measurement. Through comparison and estimation in several iterations, a cluster of particles surround the robot will be formed such that the location estimation can be obtained and the route-map approximation will be established. Root-Mean-Square errors (RMSE) are used to verify the tracking accuracy of the algorithm. This paper illustrates the advantages of the proposed system with relevant experimental results, starting with diverse audio datasets for feature extraction used for training and testing a classification model which is based on a convolutional neural network (CNN). The goal is to develop a feature that can improve the neural network's performance. To compare the effect of input features on efficiency, a basic CNN is trained from the ground up and utilized as an image classification tool. The Chromagram-24, an augmented version of the input chroma feature, is proposed to improve the accuracy of musical key detection. In terms of weighted score, the model using Chromagram-24 as an input feature outperforms the model trained using a conventional 12-dimensional chromagram by 12.77% and achieves the highest score of 85.63% when classifying full-length songs. Chromagrams are generated using audio excerpts ranging in length from 15 to 60 seconds for local key estimation, whereas, for global key estimation, a full-length audio set is used. How to evaluate the quality of omnidirectional images accurately and quickly is essential for the user experience of panoramic interaction. In this paper, we propose a novel superpixel-based sparse model for full reference omnidirectional image quality assessment. First, we segment the omnidirectional images into superpixel regions. The Entropy of Primitives (EoP) is then calculated as image information based on the sparse model. Furthermore, the Kullback-Leibler divergence is exploited to represent the difference of visual information between original and distorted images. The quality score is predicted by an SVR model trained from the visual information features. First, conventional smoothness-based denoising method is briefly reviewed. Then, the minimization of closeness function of conventional method is replaced by the minimization of negative log likelihood function to develop a denoising method in which probability density function of noise is assumed to be a zero-mean Gaussian function with different variances. The optimal denoised temperature data is easily obtained by solving matrix inversion if the noise variance is known in advance. The original circuit consists of two fractional-order lossless integrators (FLI) and some basic circuits. The RLC Foster approximation is used to realize the fractance capacitors. The CO and FO can be independently tuned. The order of passive device (a) is also orthogonally with CO and FO. In addition, the phase fining technique of the proposed FSO can easily be modified by replacing a couple of FLI with the existing FLL The characteristics of the circuit work well agreed with the original one. PSpice carries out the simulation results based on the model LF347 OPAMP.
